Absolutely disgusting hotel! Worst I've ever been to my entire life. Picture bedbug motel in the middle of nowhere and the smell and the lack of quality that you would find and that would explain this hotel. It really needs to be completely torn down and redone. It wreaks of mold everywhere, AC doesn't work well, rooms are extremely outdated and gross with spots of mold and decay on walls and doors. Bathroom is also tiny and very outdated. Caulking is missing near the tub and black mold throughout. Only saving grace is it's the best location for NRG stadium. Honestly, even with the perfect location I'd STILL never stay here again.

We booked the room based on the photos of the rooms they posted online. As we checked in and went up to our room it was nothing but a disappointment. The room was not even close to what the photos were posted. There were no bathroom supplies provided either. Online photos of the rooms are deceiving. The breakfast starts at 8 am. I mean most hotels start their breakfasts at 6 am. We had to leave early the next day so we couldn't get the breakfast because it started at 8! They can do better!

Here for medical treatment at MD Anderson. Do not recommend. Due to cancer we are already on tight income and they double charged room. 1st day were told someone will call..no call.. 2nd day same girl called accounting department and had the nerve to say they need help understanding their bill. No . We were charged $580 for 2 nights at this DUMP. ( We prepaid online then they charged us again) Account guy came down and took our email and said he would handle it soon. He even said if we can prove you prepaid but refused to look at our receipts. Been over 2 hours and have heard nothing. ( Should have been handled yesterday). Rooms are outdated . TVs outdated. Bathroom awful. $15 high breakfast charge for a limited buffet ( same as free one as most places) not
worth $60 a night much less what we paid. Worse hotel experience ever and we travel a lot. Also everyone complaining cars got broke into. Luckily ours did not. Also shampoo in the room would not come out of bottles. Expired in 2022 . Update ...day later. Guy never emailed or called. No refund. Sent all receipts and payment details to corporate office and online booking site. Double charged cleared account. Never fixed. Don't expect help from anyone working locally.

The location was perfect for us, and our king suite was huge. The bed was comfortable, as were the arm chairs and couch. The bathroom was small but clean, with nice fluffy towels. We could shut off the bedroom from the living room area and bathroom- nice when one of us slept in!
We stayed four nights, and ate a delicious breakfast there all four days. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. David, the food and beverage manager, was very friendly and professional. He took exceptional care of us, remembering our favorite table and preferences every day. He was particularly attentive to my gluten intolerance, which I greatly appreciated.
We’ll be back on our next trip to Houston!

Hotel smells so moldy. Pictures are very deceiving. We booked through travel uro and reviews were not terrible. We paid 200$ for room. It smelled terrible. It was like a Motel 6. Well actually a motel 6 is nicer. Lobby is very nice so it’s very deceiving. AC barely worked. Beds didn’t feel clean bc of the condition of hotel in general. We stayed in building 4. We had 3 rooms and all were same condition. Rooms 4103,4113 and 4210. Needless to say we couldn’t wait to get home. Never ever ever ever will stay here no matter how wonderful location is.
