We stayed at this hotel due to a family emergency so the choice had to be made quickly and on short notice. We were immediately impressed by the customer service and especially the positive attitudes and helpfulness of all of the staff. The excellent service continued through our entire stay (4 nights). There was very little choice for rooms so we got the smallest (one double bed). It was REALLY small with little space to put anything other than yourself! Our room was clean, although we knew another couple that was staying on another floor and they mentioned some mold in their shower near the ceiling.. The food was typical for this level of hotel, but again the service made the most of it as everything was well stocked and serviced regularly by a very attentive employee with a great attitude. Overall and given the circumstances we were happy that we stayed here. People truly do make the difference and this hotel is a perfect example of that. Our thanks to all of those we interacted with during our stay.

I was glad we found a place for that night, we were exhausted with the moving, so, what better than Hilton which is my favorite chain of hotels & Tru is one of them. Starting good with the night shift, he was very nice very good service. But, it was extremely disappointing to stay in a place so badly made & kept. I thought it was like a Hampton Inn, but no, this hotel was so poorly made & maintained that it was sad to see. Starting with the walls, all dirty, stained & even runny, the bathroom sink didn’t have any space to accommodate our personal stuff, and it wasn’t lack of space, just very badly designed. Only 2 small towels for the shower (it’s making it look that you are on a highway in a motel 6). The walls of the bedroom were absolutely filthy, floor carpet, door handles, and shower all extremely dirty. The bed didn’t look like it was changed, the sheets were wrinkled in the middle of the bed like some was there the night before & sheets were not even straightened. It was very disgusting. Location is good, coffee station by the front desk is seem to be working in the morning & evening ok, but we also saw a guest with 2 humongous dogs, so, if they allow those filthy dogs in every room, that’s why the hotel is so dirty. I love dogs, but I don’t like them sleeping with me, and obviously even less if they aren’t mine. So, if they allow animals, they should be extremely detailed with the cleaning. They had soup/lotion & conditioner dispensers which is smart, but so bad located because you didn’t have space to put your bathroom stuff or it would get spilled. The bed was falling apart, light features, lamps, shower handles, mirrors, everything was installed crooked, I’m wondering 🤔 where the laborers came from!?!? It’s sad, location was convenient, it was late at night, cold, we needed a place & price was fair if it was cleaned & well kept, but in this hotel I wouldn’t pay more than $80 total per night. Seriously it was like a motel 6, & I know because I had to stay in one for emergency traveling from Kansas & actually was much more cleaner than this one. Desk clerk at night “Caucasian” was very nice & friendly, the one in the morning, “black” absolutely grumpy. What’s with the attitude of some of these group of people? I’ll add pictures, so, you’ll see. I don’t care about skin colors, but every time I have to go to Houston areas, is the same.

Room was small than wife's hospital room and furniture was at hospital was better. No microwave, other than communal in lobby. Ice bucket in stack next to ice machine, our second floor didn't have any. Had to go back to front desk to get the king room that we had reserved. Lucky us got one next to elevator lobby. Bed was worse than the one at hunting camp. Housekeeping did a good job on room and water was hot. Really cant believe Hilton put their name on this, guess just signs of the times.

Dear Hilton Guest Relations At check-in, I was assisted by an associate named Jonathan. I provided my military ID and inquired about a military discount. I was informed that Jonathan did not have the authorization or access to apply the discount and that the next associate on duty would be able to assist me. I was also told that only a $1.00 authorization would be placed on my card. Despite this, no one followed up with me as stated. I called the front desk at approximately 6:00 a.m. and spoke with a female associate who was dismissive and advised that she also could not assist me. She stated that, to her knowledge, the hotel does not offer a military discount and instructed me to call back at 7:30 a.m. I looked at my transaction and to my surprise there was a charge of $178.64 pending. When I called back at 7:32 a.m., I spoke with the manager, MyCne. Unfortunately, this interaction was the most troubling. She was rude, confrontational, and repeatedly questioned whether I was active duty, stating over and over that I “must be an active member.” I have never been subjected to this type of questioning at any Hilton property, nor was her tone appropriate or professional. It's hard to believe that MyCne is a part of management. As a Diamond member, I expect a higher standard of service, professionalism, and staff training. The lack of consistency, misinformation, and the manner in which I was treated—particularly by management—is unacceptable. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed accordingly.

Nice and clean. Good stay. One disappointment is the male that worked last night was rude. My father asked for coffee to be refilled and he said he wasn't making any more until 4:30am. If I am not mistaken, they advertise 24/7 coffee and tea bar. Next morning my father came down and said Merry Christmas and he ignored him. Everyone else was kind ad sweet!
