Wonderful hotel!! The staff was very welcoming! The lobby area is super cute! There’s a full size pool table, lots of family board games and sitting areas. Our room was super clean, and smelled really good. AC feels GREAT and cool!! The mini fridge actually works! Put a room temp bottled water in, a few hours later it’s cold and crisp!
Only “inconvenience” is there’s no shelf in the shower to hold body wash/soap. We had to stick it on top of the dispensers.
There’s an ice and water refill station in the lobby which is great.
Hotel is very family friendly!!

First off, the good things. Staff, very friendly, lobby, very nice, good variety of drinks and snacks.
Halls, stifling hot. Not that you spend alot of time in them...still.
Room, very small, bed and pillows were good. No seating area, so if you like sitting in a desk chair while watching TV, you're good. No coffee pot in room, (this is a deal breaker for us) so every morning, get dressed and go downstairs for coffee. Work station, VERY SMALL, looks like a childs desk. No place to put folded clothes. One bar to hang clothes. TINY, TINY fridge. No microwave in room but you can go to the lobby and use that one. Shower has no shelves to put personal items. Only 2 bath towels, one wash cloth, and one hand towel.
We will never stay here again.
If you're only staying 1-2 nights, maybe.

This location is fraudulent. During the second week in July, the location had a power outage. I arrived late Tuesday morning around 1 am and found the location not to have lights or electricity. When speaking with the front desk clerk, she advised me that lights went out 9am that Monday but the location auto charged everyone at check in without notifying customers of the issue. I couldn’t even get a key card and get to my room as the location was without power which means no ac. Customers was sleeping in their cars. I was told verbally I would be refunded just to find out this wouldn’t be happening from the main person with customer care who spoke with manager via email. Even though they knew the issue, they would rather keep customers money versus making thing right. I will never stay at another location as I have been staying here for both personal and work and to be treated like this speaks wonders. Please stay away as they do not care about their customers.

Rarely write reviews but wanted to shout out Lucy at the front desk on 8/7/24 around 8pm. She was so friendly and welcoming, was a tough day but she helped put a smile on my face! Thank you Lucy!

Front desk ladies are absolutely useless!!! Neither of the ladies in the morning of afternoon shift seem like they care to be at work. Neither are helpful with accommodations. When I say ZERO personality, I do mean ZERO!!! Your better off putting a robot on the front desk. The only thing good about staying here is the hotel is fairly new and you get Hilton points. Outside of that, sleep in your car somewhere.
