Ferdi C was Awesome!! He was on time and Very Professional. My water heater was out! Instead of waiting for another Technician, to get heater and come another day š. He called his office and another Technician brought out the water heater while he took the old one out!!
Voila!!! I had Hot water the Same day.
He kept me informed all the way through.

Pepe came in this Morning to install a new faucet
So Excited, he fixed a couple of connections under sink and now. Ā«Ā No leakĀ Ā». He has kept me informed throughout the whole process!

So I needed a price quote on a new water heater and Texas Quality came out very fast. They were very professional and very helpful with everything that the new install would entail. I got five quotes from separate companies and their prices were VERY competitive. Ultimately we went another direction but they were our second pick so I can't vouch for their work quality but I can vouch for their competitive pricing and their professionalism. I really liked them. I almost went with them.

Technician was nice and courteous and knowledgeable. I didn't have time or a call back from another company to get a quote. Was a little pricey but was told an expensive valve. A Freeze was coming so needed done.

Highly recommend, they were very professional and quick to help. I had to reschedule the original appointment because of an emergency and they were very understanding. Claudio was the first technician that came out and he was very informative and honest. Recommend replacing and once we went over the information, and scheduled for the next day. Technician Rodolfo was the one that came in the next day to replace and honestly he was in and out in a timely manner. Quicker than I expected and everything works amazing now .
