I want to give a shout out to Terrance! My sink was having issues, and my property management company was trying to shift the costs onto me. I thought that was a bit off, but I decided to wait before confronting them after checking my lease. While I was figuring things out, I reached out to a plumbing company for an estimate. Terrance arrived within 30 minutes of my call to take a look. He assessed the situation and took some pictures. He explained that the sink was old and had been poorly installed from the beginning. We had a great chat, and he was surprised when I mentioned I might be responsible for the costs. He showed me the pictures and detailed everything that was happening—old corroded pipes, wall mounts, and cracking porcelain. He prepared a plumbing report that I could give to my property management company, explaining everything clearly. I can't comment on the price yet since I've only paid for the initial inspection and reports, and I’m not sure how much those usually cost. However, Terrance's customer service and professionalism were top-notch. He has definitely earned my trust for any future plumbing needs.

we recently had all the old galvanized pipes taken out from our basement, had some plumbing issues fixed, replaced the main line to our house, and got a new hot water tank installed. the quality of work was outstanding, especially in every area mentioned. the team works with skilled professionals to ensure everything is done correctly from the start. i look forward to working with them on upcoming projects, and i highly recommend their services to anyone needing significant plumbing work. i truly appreciate the effort put into making our old house feel like a great home.
