I booked a room here because we were traveling through. Once we got there to check in the front counter gentlemen said that we couldn't stay at there because they were having plumbing issues that we would have to find another hotel so, I was like ok, no problem. So, we went to the next Hotel in line long story short. Sleep Inn lied to us about their plumbing issues. Come to find out the Front Counter person seen our Brand New ATV that we just purchased on our trailer and assumed that we were in town to ride, when that wasn't the case. We were traveling through.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Where to even begin?
At check in, the receptionist does not have our reservation from Expedia. I show him the booking and, instead of confirming with Expedia or checking the confirmation number, he just gives us room keys to a room (324), did not check our ID or anything. We get to the room he gave us, and the A/C does not work, the room was 84 degrees. The TV in this room is for some reason crooked.
I go back and ask for a different room. He told me that it was marked in his system as “dirty” but he thought it was clean. The new room (106) is filthy, dead bugs in ceiling, residual throw up on toilet, the toilet does not fill up after being flushed, bathroom door did not close, BLACK MOLD near the A/C that is so water damaged the floor trim is coming off the wall. At this point it is late so I just try to breathe as little as possible while I sleep so I don’t get black mold poisoning.
The next morning I inform the front desk lady of the issues and she says she’ll work on getting us a new room when we come back. We come back later and she says “I can’t find your reservation, the guy last night just gave you a room”. I have to call Expedia who have to call her in order to get a new room. I got the feeling that if Expedia didn’t call her we’d be out on the street.
We finally get yet ANOTHER room (323), and this one is missing the TV, and ironing board. At the bare minimum it was cleaned recently. I told all of this to the lady at the front desk, who said she’d leave a message to the manager to call me on Monday since the magnet takes weekends off.
Today is Monday. I call and ask for the manager since the manager has not called me yet. Front desk says the manager is not in. I ask “Well, when will she be in?” In response “I don’t know their schedule…” does not offer solution, does not ask what the problem is, could not care less why I’m calling “Okay, can you call the manager then?” She replies “I can write your name and phone number down and leave a message”. Absolutely useless customer service. Manager clearly does not care about the property or customers.

Always a issue with checking in. Completely empty parking lot and no rooms available or the system is down so you can't check in. Staff is rude. The rooms are moldy. The last room I stayed in had dirty towels on the floor (multiple not just one hand towel), sticky stuff on the counters, but the beds were made.

We book this hotel to spend the day at the Xtreme off road park. I lost my ID in the park but luckily my boyfriend had his so we were able to transfer the room into his name to check in. The room was nice. The breakfast was okay. I left a couple pairs of clothes at the hotel but live (4) hours away so I called to see if they could ship. At first, they said I would have to drive to come get it. I waited a few days and got the idea to send them a UPS envelope with a paid label to send back to me. But their manager refuses to help me get my clothes back. The ladies at the front desk were helpful but cant help me due to the manager.

Girls weekend at the Sleep Inn was fantastic!! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area were so clean and well cared for! Right off of US 90, close to stores and restaurants….we had a blast here and plan on a monthly girls weekend again!
