    I stayed at the Ramada for 5 days a couple weeks ago. My stay was pleasant but I'm also a very low maintenance person. I feel I should say that to be honest. I was in a king suite with a jacuzzi it's the most expensive room so maybe it isn't used much. But my room was nice and spacious and CLEAN. I booked a room to get a break from my stressful day to day. I wanted to be left alone and I was. My room had a nice view of the pool and was pretty sound proof. Unless someone was right outside the windows. They had a tub mat in the bathroom extra bedding near the ironing area. Room service came daily. I enjoyed my stay and will most likely be back for my next staycation. Also, there was a young lady who worked at the front desk and she had the most radiant personality. I forgot to get her name. She worked evenings I believe. But when yall read this GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE EXPEDITIOUSLY! Now I have a few complaints. The shower didn't have hot water. The bidet head was rusted. The chain in the bedroom for the shade was missing. The ice machine downstairs was in disrepair. Other than that it was nice. I didn't eat the breakfast or try the restaurant, I bought food to cook in the room. But I heard people having a grand ol time at the bar at night when I'd step out. So I'm assuming it's a vibe in there. It's not far from 1960 where the mall and many dining options are. It's not bad you get what you pay for. I felt it was well worth the price.

    # 0/5 Stars - Avoid Ramada by Wyndham I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Ramada by Wyndham, and my experience was marred by the appalling behavior of the bald-headed shuttle driver. This individual's conduct was completely unacceptable, marked by rudeness, disrespect, and a penchant for cursing. What's more, he would maliciously lock electric vehicles while they were charging and then demand money from guests and anyone park their vehicle for charging purposes. ## Demanding Money for Everything The driver's behavior was not just limited to his interactions with guests and Tesla owners. He would even ask for money for something as trivial as a cigarette. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also predatory. ## Management's Complicity What's even more disturbing is that the management seems to be in cahoots with this driver. It's clear that they're more interested in making a quick buck off unsuspecting guests than in providing a safe and respectful environment. ## Warning to Others I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially if you're planning to use their shuttle service or charge your electric vehicle. The risk of being taken advantage of is high, and the staff's behavior is clearly not aligned with basic standards of decency. ## Conclusion Given the driver's behavior and the management's apparent complicity, I would not recommend the Ramada by Wyndham to anyone. Until they address these serious issues, I would advise potential guests to look elsewhere for their accommodation needs.

    The power went out and spoiled the food I purchase from them. They told me no refunds yet I only had power for 2 hours in the hotel. Had to shower in the dark. No remorse or care for the situation. Would not recommend this place to anyone coming into town. Please keep driving for the care and safety of your families. Never again. Also tucked away and not close to anything in walking distance.

    We booked this hotel after our flight was canceled. The receptionists were talking about how they didn't have double bedrooms that were clean but we were fine with a single bed. We got the room, it was on the second floor, no elevators. The room was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, tv on, roaches on the night tables and in the fridge cabinet and bathroom. The painting that was hanging was moldy and the room smelled so bad. I am usually not picky about places especially if it is only for 1 night but I did not want to touch anything in this room. If this was their "clean" room, I do not want to see their dirty ones..... We should have picked the Scottish, it looked much better from the outside when we took the shuttle.

    AI made this hotel look good online. It’s outdated from the furniture to the hot water and the toilet and the room key! Everything needs to be updated. I don’t like how we have to pay for buffet style breakfast when we are paying customers and it’s not a big variety of food to choose from. I would say the breakfast was okay but that’s it. The toilet barely flush 🙄 and the hot water was warm but we were moved to another room. If you’re looking to use the work out room 🙄 that’s also OUTDATED nothing works, 2 treadmills 1 work, tv didn’t work, nor was it any cleaning spray to wipe down the equipment I’m only giving this hotel any stars because front desk did whatever they could to help us AND the bartender upstairs had top NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oliver made our night, he played diverse music, drinks were good he made sure we had a good time. We enjoyed our last night because of him. The hotel is close by the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again.
