I reached out for plumbing help yesterday, and by the next morning, Marc arrived at my home bright and early. He took care of replacing 2 toilets and a showerhead, and even cleared out the kitchen drain. Although he couldn't check the dishwasher and garbage disposal due to a power issue, he was very thorough. Justin also came by to assist with the heavy lifting. They wrapped up their work in a timely manner, which I really appreciated since I thought it would take much longer. Before starting, they clearly explained each step of the process, which made me feel at ease to relax while they worked. When they finished, everything was clean and functioning perfectly, and they even pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant—no complaints at all! I highly recommend Patrick & Sons Plumbers for their excellent service.

Justin is an EXCEPTIONAL plumber who comes highly recommended! Being a first-time homeowner and realizing that your home requires a brand new sewer line can be daunting. However, Justin was able to organize and schedule my repairs within a few days of my move-in. What's more, he completed the task remarkably quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind! Shortly after purchasing our new house in Spring, we discovered that our upstairs plumbing system was faulty. Having previously had excellent experiences with Patrick & Sons Plumbers dealing with our water heater issues, we reached out to them for assistance with our plumbing. The plumbing expert who responded was Marc. From beginning to end, Marc did an outstanding job in resolving our plumbing issues. He ran diagnostics and identified the problem, providing us with several options for resolution. Considering that both our plumbing systems were a bit aged and seemingly not well maintained in previous years, we decided to replace them both for a fresh start in our new home. This wasn't pushed on us by Marc, but rather a choice we made. In no time, Marc had a highly efficient crew at our house to install the new plumbing systems. He dropped in periodically to ensure the installation was being done correctly. He, along with other team members, returned to attend to a few additional tasks and to clean our pipes. Every aspect of their work was performed promptly and professionally. The team was respectful of our home, making sure to tidy up after their work was complete. They were friendly and informative, and Marc maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. When the city inspector came out afterwards to inspect the work done by Patrick & Sons Plumbers, they found no issues at all. We are delighted with the improved water flow throughout our home and appreciate the high level of care and thoroughness that everyone from the company put into their work. We're very grateful for their expertise and high level of customer service!

I had a team come out for a water heater replacement today, and it was located in the hot attic. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they completed the job on the first try. I had my little one around, and I was impressed that not a single curse word was heard as they worked hard to remove the old unit and install the new one. I know I would have been swearing like crazy, so I’m grateful they didn’t introduce my child to any new words! They did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend their services. They were honest and straightforward throughout the process.
