I stayed here about a year ago and the rooms are always clean.
A year later which is now, the rooms are still very clean, the staff is welcoming and caring.
I truly recommend staying here!
This establishment really takes the time to clean their rooms.
I was in the area on business.I stayed here for about a week. I checked out to go to a business meeting downtown.
I returned and was given the same room.
When I walked into the room it was completely different.
Of course it was clean but it was immaculately clean.
I was trying to figure out how they had the time to clean it so well as I was only gone for a few hours.
Thank you Palace Inn. When I am in the area, I will be back!🥰🥰🥰

My mom and I come to this hotel whenever we are in the area and they never disappoint. The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfortable, the staff is always very kind.

Nice place for a quick one or two night spot to stay at. Price decent. Quiet, clean, room furniture looks new or recently renovated. Suggestions: fix gap under front door, need paint touch up damage walls and baseboards, need extra roll of toilet paper, need box of tissue. Overall would come again.

The location was great for what I had planned to do. The room was dirty upon arrival. (Banana peel and plastic wrapper under table). Only a sheet on the bed. When i asked for a blanket from the from desk, The front desk person was rude and told me he wasn't getting me one. Checked out early due to discomfort (being cold and having to clean my own room).wasrefused a refund

The rooms are nice if you don't care about the roach infestation. I've stayed here several times and have generally really enjoyed it because it's nice and quiet. That's why I kept coming back. The single rooms are a little fancier than the double rooms, but it's fine because it's reliable. However, the most recent time we stayed there, it was absolutely crawling with roaches. We turned the lights on in the morning and watched the little ones scatter. The bigger tan ones were hanging out on the walls. And the fire alarm had been taken off the ceiling and hidden away in a drawer where it beeped all night. Interesting experience.
