I was introduced to VICK PATEL’S 5019 Louetta’s Palace Inn in Spring, Texas since 2019. This is a BEAUTIFUL HIDEAWAY!!! It’s always clean!! Immediately after every guest leaves the rooms are cleaned non-stop. I’ve watched how house keeping is always on it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PALACE INN for short or long stays. There’s room service everyday. Also complimentary breakfast. The staff are very pleasant. I had an issue with ants n the restroom for a moment and not ten minutes they were swept up and the exterminator was here the next morning. It’s beautiful and quiet here. However sometimes u can’t tell who your guest will be and therefore sometimes they’re asked to leave because of safety reasons for the guests and staff. There’s a family atmosphere here. We love it!!! I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life time. The cleanliness of Palace Inn Louetta beats them all. I have COMPLETE PEACE HERE!! The staff and housekeepers are quite peaceful people. I don’t know how long the hotel has been here but it still looks brand new inside and out (windows inside and out, sidewalks, walkways, driveways and garden areas.

My son and I have been staying here for about 5 months now and I can tell you this has been some of the best 5 months for us in awhile, especially coming from the living environment/situation we had came from. When we first checked in,we were greeted by Vick Patel. He has been nothing but the kindest, most understanding, professional motel GM I've met! When I have had an issue,he has ALWAYS tried to help and meet my needs. I can say when I do leave and ever need another motel to come to,this will be the ONE! KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING WORK,VICK PATEL!!

This place is way Expensive for a palace inn and front desk is rude AF but the place is chill and the rooms are nice and they don't mess with you as long as your room is paid and you aren't being to loud. It's in a good location. Right by a Dunkin donuts so u can get breakfast there and 2 cool bars across the street for entertainment and pizza place and GF smoke shop right down the street, bad ass smoke shop in the Kroger shopping center so Everything you need is right near by. Recommended if you have the money to do it.

Price listed on their OWN website is 65. I got here and paid for a room ALONE and it was 80 dollars. It was absolutely insane. The room is okay I guess, I had to settle for a smoked in room since I was in need of a place to stay for the night and the area is nice but it was just the price that is tipping me off about this place

Customer service here is horrible. I waited in the lobby from 7:30 to 7:56 am. This was not the first time I went to the lobby in the morning and no one was there. I asked the front desk person when is the best time to come or what time does the lobby open he told me 9:00. So if you get locked out before then you’re out of luck. The front desk person was very rude when I couldn’t understand him. He had a very thick accent. He began to walk away upset grunting when I told him I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Gets very loud at night. Lastnight they were popping fireworks.
