We had a wonderful experience with Milton Frank Plumbing. All the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They left the work space as clean as they found it, amd did a beautiful job installing our sink. Would recommend to friends and family.

Milton Frank did a great job for me, actually they didn't do the job yet but we had to negotiate around my paycheck. They were willing to negotiate it worked out best for both of us and I'll give you another update when they come out tomorrow and fix my problem. Cody did a great job checking things out and making sure he knew what was going on and he gave me a decent estimate and I'm looking forward to working out with your team. Thanks for all your help.
Came out, didn't even know they were there till Cody was done. He even wrapped the pipes with foam stuff. Great price for me. I'd recommend them to any and all!

We had a technician name Cody. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a slow kitchen drain. He crawled under made sure that the line was at the right angle. It was correct. So he went under the sink took apart all the connections and cleaned the out. Then he ran two different kinds of snakes inside and outside at least three times. He made sure that before he left we had normal drainage. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

Technician Kevin Bancroft came to my house to troubleshoot a persistent line connection issue with my Koehler bath fixture. This fixture has been a problem for some time, and despite multiple attempts, we hadn’t been able to determine the right parts to reconnect everything without leaks. Kevin was absolutely fantastic—he quickly assessed the situation, researched solutions online, consulted with his office for a second opinion, and leveraged every available resource to find the best fix. His expertise, determination, and problem-solving skills were truly impressive, and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Kevin!! Stay awesome!!

The technician was kind and professional; however, I don’t believe the issue of my leaking faucet was thoroughly assessed. He mentioned that part of the wall might need to be removed to investigate the valves and noted that most plumbing companies charge $300 per hour. My home is only 4 years old. While I appreciated him taking the time to explain the benefits of my water softener system, I would have preferred that more focus be placed on the leaking faucet, which was the primary concern.
I had mentioned the possibility of debris in the water during the initial call, but I’m still unclear if that was the actual issue. I was seeking a comprehensive and professional assessment of the issue. Ultimately, I chose to go with another company that was able to both assess and resolve the problem at a much more reasonable cost than what I was initially quoted.
I appreciate the company waiving the service fee. The company clearly has integrity but my hopes were to get the problem resolved that day. Not the best experience but certainly not the worst.
