The customer service people were friendly and nice. The hotel is good compared to the price. I enjoyed staying here. The bathroom tub is slippery so be careful. They have breakfast, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is a swimming pool and the location is just perfect for the program I came for. I spent 3 days here, on my last day I noticed that the toilet brings out rusty or light brown water when you flush it and I don't know why. At first, I thought someone used the toilet and didn't flush it until I flushed it twice. I really can't complain about this hotel because it's so affordable compared to hotels here in Los Angeles where I live.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Very unprofessional! The manager(Ben)would never take my call nor would he ever call me back. When we walked in it reaked of pot ( it was supposed to be non-smoking). We were trying to tolerate it but decided to leave within the hour as our daughter got a bad headache. They told us they would give us the next nights points back but then did not give us any points back, stating that if we cancelled onsite, we forfeit our points. How are we supposed to know if there is a problem until we get there?! They have this policy because they know their hotel is dirty, stinks, and the service is terrible! I asked for 2 pillows for each child and they refused ( I had to request the linens for the sofa in the king suite) and they made me come get the linens that should have been in the room!!!! Not worth the pints I’ll never get back.

Everything! The smell was horrible especially in the first room they gave us. There was stray dog in the lobby, peeping Tom roaming the first floor, roaches in one of our rooms, water bugs and ants in the other one. Bleach stains in the carpets of the hallways. Shower and toilet was dirty and had to clean it when we got there. The lady that changed the room with the worse smell was very rude to us. Whatever meat that was not eaten the day before, they reheat it and put it out the next morning and heat it until it's close to looking like jerky. We were over charged for the rooms. And when we asked for our sheets to be changed no one ever came, we had to do it ourselves. We also had to empty our own trash and get our own towels 2 of the days. We were locked out of our room nearly every day we returned to the hotel. This was to most disappointing hotel we have ever lodged. Would NOT recommend this hotel to Satan himself.

Got to our room and smelled horrendous, come to find out the toilet in our room filled was with human feces and had been apparently sitting i. there for 5 days! Disgusting! Open soap on sink in dirty tray. The second room had black hairs all over our pillows and sheets we had to change our bedding ourselves! Front desk girl rude acted like we were an inconvenience. Steer clear of this place. Housekeepers need to fired or trained! I wound give this place a zero star if I could.

The hotel is under repairs after hurricane damage. Roof leak dripping in laundry room, bucket to catch leak is over flowing. 1 room smelled like feet, another mold, the 2rd was bearable. Tub faucet was stuck on shower. Mold on the tub surround. Halls had paint on carpet, bleached spots….. sheets on bed looked like they were t washed.
