We stayed for one night . The front desk was super helpful and got us checked in quickly.
The elevator is being fixed so only one elevator works . The room was very comfortable and we had a good nights rest.
The breakfast was good and this hotel has a very good location.
The only complaint was that the room had only one window by the AC which seemed pretty small - other than that - no complaints and we had a good stay.

I was on a long trip and tired, so I relied on past experiences with La Quinta. Silly me!
I checked in before dark and was just road weary. I needed a place to chill. After my check in, I immediately tried turning on the TV to see what was happening in the world. Nope. TV remote was dead. I tried calling the front desk several times over about an hour. No luck. Finally I trudged down to the check in and asked t h e young lady if someone could fix the TV in my room. About 40 minutes later she showed up and get it working. I was so tired I had lost interest in TV and just went to sleep. In the morning, I was ready to jump in the shower when I discovered a huge roach in the tub. Buzzkill! So I scratched the shower. I tried to shave in the bathroom sink...very low water pressure and no stopper in the sink. It took forever!
At checkout I shared my experience with the new trainee and his trainer...no response...they just wrote down everything that was wrong and looked at me like I was from another planet...no apology, no compensation, nothing. BAD.
The final insult was that their resident cat gave me FLEAS! As I was leaving I stopped to say hello to the cat...when I got down the road a ways, I started itching like a hounddog! I managed to catch one of the FLEAS, so I am sure the cat has them.. I don't own any pets. VERY BAD.
UPDATE: see attached photo. I've decided that my itching was not from fleas but from BED BUGS! Take a look. It sure looks like it to me!

Very friendly staff! Helped me change reservation from a 2 night to 1 night, on a weekend they were 100% booked.
Called down for extra sheet/blanket/pillow for the pullout, and all was ready when I got to desk!
Breakfast was ok. Hot was Scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy. Sausage or bacon would have been nice. This is reason wasn't 5 star review.
We forgot one of the kids' pillow there, and they kept it for us.

Where do I begin! Floors were sticky when I first entered the building. Original room I stayed in had a rotten odor and was not like stale air or moister. The only reason I gave them two stars was because they changed my room with no resistance. There were other concerns I noticed but do not have the time now energy. 👎

Service is terrible. Waited for over 3 hours to have rooms cleaned to walk into rooms not cleaned. Crumbs, toe nails, dried boogers on the wall and even dead cock roaches on the floor. Ask for rooms to be re cleaned and argued staff speaking in Spanish to avoid us from hearing…. News flash I speak Spanish. They admitted to not cleaning the rooms. Refused refunds. Breakfast the next morning ice cold, no coffee, out of spoons for cereal, staff non existent and hiding to avoid any issues.
