This hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The problems began the moment I arrived at 11 PM, exhausted after a long day, only to find the entrance gate completely closed with no clear signage or instructions for late-night guests. I attempted to call the hotel for assistance, but no one answered the phone — a basic expectation that any 24-hour establishment should meet. After considerable frustration, I managed to locate an alternate gate and made my way onto the property.
The troubles continued at the front desk, where staff struggled for an unreasonable amount of time to locate and assign me a room. By the time I finally reached my room, all I wanted was to rest — but that hope was quickly shattered when I discovered the air conditioning was completely non-functional. Given the late hour, this was not a minor inconvenience; it was unacceptable. I had no choice but to return to the front desk and request a different room, enduring yet another lengthy wait before I could finally settle in for the night.
The final — and most egregious — incident occurred the following morning. I had requested a late checkout at 12 PM, which is a common and reasonable accommodation. Despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign clearly displayed on my door, a staff member knocked at 11:15 AM and demanded to know whether I was staying or leaving. Even more alarming, he appeared ready to open the door without my consent. This complete disregard for guest privacy is not only deeply unprofessional but potentially a serious breach of personal boundaries. I would strongly caution anyone from staying at this hotel until significant improvements in both facilities and staff training are made.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!
Steer clear of this hotel. The pictures are probably from when they first opened. This hotel had not maintained an acceptable standard. The elevator stopped working and I was on the 3rd floor, they never gave me a gate code to get out of the lot, the lamp shades are damaged (with holes in them), the blackout curtains have holes in them. Mine had is own constellation, along with a missing curtain, I was locked out of the room and had to go back down to get in, rust is seeping through the walls in the bathroom, the pillows were clumpy - absolutely no comfort there, and lastly when I saw a roach on the dresser - I was done! I shook out all my things as I packed. I booked the room for 9 days expecting a quality hotel that was represented in the pics and refused to stay under the given conditions. I asked for a refund for all the reasons given and they refused. So beware, this facility is not worth your money, you're better off going to Motel 6, and keep in mind, if they have ROACHES I guarantee they're in the kitchen where they're cooking that food they're serving customers. I'm seriously thinking about getting a lawyer for my refund.

I booked for one king size superior room and they gave me an upgrade. I thought it was something nice. It was mowed in my room. You could smell it on the third floor soon as you get off the elevator so if they try to give you an upgrade to a better room that’s what makes it sound so good don’t take it and they also don’t tell you you have to do a $50 deposit and if you pay with your car you don’t get it back till three business days

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The housekeepers were so kind and cleaned my room nicely and are very trustworthy, and the hosts are extremely helpful and kind. My room was very clean and comfortable, no pests, and the free breakfast was great 👍 plus it’s gated, the pool and gym are very nice too, and there’s even a washing machine!

My only issue there was I had my reading glasses with me when I arrived to the hotel, took them out my bag and left them there. We left to the rodeo came back and I was looking for my glasses. There were nowhere to be found in the room, so my issue is where did they go? If I didn’t take them out the room so where are my glasses? I don’t have them here at home. I already unpacked all my belongings. They are not in the car. They’re nowhere to be found. I called and asked if anybody found them of course no so that’s my issue and my glasses are Michael Kors glasses case was white with gold lettering Michael Kors and my glasses were clear with gold MK on the side but nobody knows where they went but when I arrived, I had them in the room came back. They’re gone but other than good service friendly, good food and it has a gate to enter an exit that’s good, but like I said no other issues than my glasses disappear from the room.
