    This is my second stay here, and while I had a great experience during my first visit, I noticed an issue this time. The hallways had a strong smell of weed, which could detract from the overall atmosphere. I suggest addressing this to improve guests' experiences in the future.

    My husband and I Placed our reservation 2 weeks prior the stay for one night on the Wyndham app. We arrive around 10 pm after driving 11 hours with the hopes of a clean, well kept hotel . Front desk, Louis was very rude, asked me for cash to pay for the room. I give him my credit card. After running the card he told us he had no rooms for us. The electricity was not working for the elevator to take us to the 3th floor. He said he will cancel the room and won’t be charging the card. The hotel was dirty and had black mold working on the walls. I was very tired but almost happy we had no rooms. Louis said they were sold out other than the 3th floor that had no electricity. What?! We proceed to leave and find a last minute hotel. No only Louis asked for cash first but run our card after telling us we had no rooms, also charged us an extra $50 for incidentals that a week later still showing in my credit card. I do t know what scam they are running here. There were many people in the lobby waiting to complain to the front desk. I already contacted my credit card to get this money back as when I called Windham was told that the cancellation should have been done 48 hours prior and they will be charging my car. The hotel did not provide us a room for THEY canceled me last minute!!! They are running a SCAM ! Will tune them to the BBB and will leave this on all social media.

    clean, very nice staff and helpfully…. Definitely that will be my mandatory stop when traveling from or to the east. Some maintenance will make it awesome. Elevator was no working but it’s fine.

    Our stay here was great, the room and hotel was clean and we felt welcomed during our stay. I wanted to note the breakfast was tasty and fresh 3/3 days. I would definitely recommend this location also we will be staying here again.

    I highly advise that NO ONE stays at this hotel!! when we got there after a long flight All the elevators were down and we were on the third floor so we had to carry all of our luggage Up the stairs, and then when we got to the room the bed sheets were dirty they had stains on them. We try to call downstairs, but the phones weren’t working. We decided to find another hotel and leave. When we went downstairs, the guy said “oh yeah, our phones don’t work right now” and then we explained to him why we were leaving, and that we wanted a refund since we didn’t even stay there for more then an hour, he questioned us asking why did we just now come down and he was extremely rude and the lady down there was no help either LIKE SIR YOUR PHONES don’t work! We are on the 3rd floor! and we said we found another hotel like sorry we didn’t teleport to you guys right away. ALSO WE RECEIVED A EMAIL TODAY SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT BE GIVING US A REFUND. LIKE RLLY?!?.. well guess what we’re not just gonna settle with that!!. Anyways We went to another hotel that was like 15 minutes away and it was such a much better experience.. so avoid this hotel!!!!
