    Stayed here last night in ROOM 124 and was ABSOLUTELY EATEN UP BY BEDBUGS!!! Upon arrival, the sheets were obviously stained. Tried to look over that. So I sat up in bed watching tv for a bit & started scratching my neck, back & legs. Thought it was my allergies so I jumped in the shower (water pressure is awful) and got back in bed. (AC does not work well, room was ice cold) This was hands down the most uncomfortable hotel stay in my life. I stayed up all night long scratching my skin raw. Went to talk to front desk, and the RUDE ASS front desk guy was nowhere to be found. (He needs to find a new job, has no customer service skills whatsoever & has a terrible attitude). I have made a report about this, sent an email & called. Hopefully I will hear back with a resolution and get a FULL REFUND, & will not take no for an answer. I am severely allergic to bedbugs and it is so unprofessional and unsafe to allow paying customers to sleep in a bug infested BARN! Had to spend money on medicine and ointment for my bites and now I am having to steam clean and throw away MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS! Waste of time, money, & energy! They know about this bedbug problem and have obviously done nothing about it! I read some of these reviews and there are others complaining about the same issue!!!! DATING BACK TO ALMOST A YEAR AGO! Disgusting and unacceptable. Will be calling the health inspector. UPDATE: They’re trying to give me 1,000 “Wyndham points” which equals to $12! WHAT A JOKE!

    This is my second stay here, and while I had a great experience during my first visit, I noticed an issue this time. The hallways had a strong smell of weed, which could detract from the overall atmosphere. I suggest addressing this to improve guests' experiences in the future.

    My husband and I Placed our reservation 2 weeks prior the stay for one night on the Wyndham app. We arrive around 10 pm after driving 11 hours with the hopes of a clean, well kept hotel . Front desk, Louis was very rude, asked me for cash to pay for the room. I give him my credit card. After running the card he told us he had no rooms for us. The electricity was not working for the elevator to take us to the 3th floor. He said he will cancel the room and won’t be charging the card. The hotel was dirty and had black mold working on the walls. I was very tired but almost happy we had no rooms. Louis said they were sold out other than the 3th floor that had no electricity. What?! We proceed to leave and find a last minute hotel. No only Louis asked for cash first but run our card after telling us we had no rooms, also charged us an extra $50 for incidentals that a week later still showing in my credit card. I do t know what scam they are running here. There were many people in the lobby waiting to complain to the front desk. I already contacted my credit card to get this money back as when I called Windham was told that the cancellation should have been done 48 hours prior and they will be charging my car. The hotel did not provide us a room for THEY canceled me last minute!!! They are running a SCAM ! Will tune them to the BBB and will leave this on all social media.

    I have used this company over the past few years when traveling. Moved back to Texas after being out of the army and was looking into hotels. After being low on gas and waiting for funds to hit my bank account in the lobby, employee told me that if I was not going to pay for a room that minute, I had to leave or wait out in the cold. Very inconsiderate and lacked emotional intelligence/professionalism. This happened Friday January 3rd at about 6:00am at the Houston location. 👎
