Room was modern and clean. Comfy bed, chicklet pillows. Breakfast was typical eggs, cereal, breads, fruit, pastry, sausage, and waffles. Location is convenient except trying to find your way to the hotel. Have to go thru several parking lots.
Staff was always welcoming and polite. We had to wait to check in because no one was at the front desk. Wasn't a big deal though.
I would recommend for a pleasant stay overall.

The room and location were great for visiting Hermann Memorial Hospital, located less than 5 minutes away.
We initially booked two nights, but were able to immediately add an additional night upon discovery that the discharge would be delayed.
It would have been even more convenient if Management had granted an extended checkout while waiting for family to be discharged from the hospital nearby; since it didn’t appear to be a full house, based on activity of people and vehicles. However, sometimes looks are sometimes deceiving. Unlike many times when we travel, we never felt smothered during our entire stay: breakfast, on the elevator; checking in and out, nor when parking our vehicle.
The property’s ambiance was very pleasant and housekeeping and the breakfast staff were second to none in comparison to previous and past worldwide travel experiences. The quiet setting/atmosphere and the soft white linen, especially the towels, were a welcomed addition to comfort away from home.
The pros exceeded the minimum cons; therefore, the property is highly recommenced for a short pleasure and or business stay-cation. It provided a comfortable and safe environment with very minimal disturbance.
We’d return if need be, while visiting the area.

The young man at the desk was just wonderful!!! I had some issues when I got there because I had lost my credit card. He was very, very patient, empathetic, kind, helpful, very understanding and I appreciated him to the moon and back(I forgot to get his name...sorry). I loved the location of the hotel close to restaurants, shopping, and my relatives. The room was clean and neat the ladies in housekeeping were very hospitable and they had beautiful smiles☺. The only suggestion I might have is to have a Hallmark channel added to the tv listing...😂....so you see I really didn't have any problems. God bless!!!!

Very nice hotel. GREAT service. Comfortable room, quiet at night. Good breakfast in the morning. Reasonable rates.
Workout room had very limited equipment but was sufficient.
It’s hard to find the hotel entrance as many stores and restaurants have been built up in front of it. But it’s worth it!

I drove from Ohio to take my daughter to college in Houston. The room was a great size. Beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned daily by housekeepers. Fresh towels and linens daily a plus. Breakfast was good on the go. Location wasn’t far from other things to do. Overall a great stay and I will be back when I come into town
