What an amazing place for a very close staycation. The hotel is nicely done, some parts feel like they need an update but overall it’s a great place. Above your regular hotel. The pool area is legit. The cafe severs a great variety of breakfast. I would suggest paying the bed and breakfast option when choosing your room. The buffet along is $26 per person.

The hotel is very nice, and the amenities are extensive and good. It is also located close to the areas I needed to visit for this business trip.
It features a multi-level parking garage that facilitates entry and exit, regardless of weather conditions.
Excellent service, warm people.
Compared to other, more affordable hotels, I found this room's decor to be standard and simple—though perhaps it is slightly more spacious. Regarding the shower, they do not provide quality bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner; I’m not trying to be negative, but I just want you to know that you’d be better off bringing your own bath soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner.

I had expected more from this hotel. Overall, the hotel looks good and has a beautiful lobby area. The rooms however are pretty dated and dark - even though they’re functionally fine. Breakfast was disappointing - very simple buffet service for almost 40 dollars per day. Gym hard to find and pretty simple. Location along the Katy Freeway is fine - very practical and not a problem, but I had expected more from the hotel itself.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this Hyatt Regency for just one night. The lobby was inviting and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. While the rooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and offered great value for the price. Parking was free and secure.

The lobby is beautiful, the rooms do look a but outdated but they are clean and well kept.
The breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get with regard to the buffet. The menu offers reasonable priced meals.
The amenities are good too, clean, has what you need. A peloton and all the weights you need. Pool is clean, there is a hot tub and lawn area for dogs. But no doggy bags, good thing I had my own.
The lobby has a wow factor, everything else is very satisfactory.
