Can't be bothered to answer their phone. Should have taken the hint! It's a very nice property. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect. Everything appears to be in great repair. The amenities are really comfortable - on-site restaurant/bar is pricey but cozy. There's plenty of parking. If quiet is really important to you, this may not be your place - it's immediately next to the freeway and the traffic is quite audible. There may be sections of the hotel where this is less prevalent, so if it's important, mention it as you check in. The unforgivable one-star thing is having been woken up two very early mornings of my three day stay by a fire alarm. This may not be the fault of the hotel, if the system is working correctly, but it doesn't matter. I'm not frog marching out at what the heck AM every second night, no matter the reason. While I leave with some regrets, I will definitely not lose sleep over the decision.

I stayed at the hotel with my family for spring break. Walked in the lobby is wonderful with the pond, smells good just a beautiful scenery. We were to check in at our time rooms were not ready. Had to wait over an hour. Rooms were very old looking. Wallpaper coming off the walls. There was ants in my bathroom on the sink. Complained about that and nothing was done. The first night we had breakfast and our pancakes blue molded. Told the waitress and they never moved them off the hot plate. That same night fire alarms went off at 3am. My whole family had to walk downstairs in the cold. Doors were very loud. Dancers practicing in front of my door for their competition at 1am. Do not stay at this hotel. They lured you in with the pond. But it’s not worth the stay. Services are bad. You call the front desk , no answer so I walked down just to see the front seat chatting and joking with each other. Disappointed in my stay. Will Not be staying again

My stay here ended in a big disappointment. I stayed here 3 nights and didn’t have any issue until the morning of my check out. I walked to my vehicle to find my window broken. The night prior I arrived back to the hotel around 2:30am and I seen that they had 2 active security employees in there vehicles in the parking lot yet me and a hand full of other guests had their vehicles broken into. When I explained it to the front desk they told me that security only works 7 hours and that the cameras somehow didn’t catch me nor any of the other guest’s vehicles when they were broken into. Which leads me to believe their cameras either don’t work or they have a lot of blind spots around the facility. I’m not sure what they meant by they only work 7 hours but I would highly recommend another hotel if you prioritize safety when you are staying at a hotel. This hotel also had a lot of families with small kids due to the rodeo going on. Which concerns me even more why security wouldn’t prioritize the safety of their guests. Nobody should have to wake up to their vehicles window broken while security is backed into a parking spot.

The hotel atmosphere never fails to provide a nice view, relaxing sounds of the waterfalls, huge coy pond/stream running across the lobby. You can feed the fish during the day w packets provided by the front desk. Check in is fast. Staff is very courteous and respectful. Rooms are clean, linens are fresh and new, There are plenty of outlets in the room. The only downside is no fridge or microwave avaliable. The interior restaurant and snack/coffee bar are a great convenience. You don't really have to leave the hotel to eat or drink.

The lobby was awesome. The rooms were okay. Not great but comfortable. Was a bit noisy due to a kids baseball was there. Love the coy fish. Would recommend keeping the lemon lime water filled. It was empty the whole time. Overall it was a good experience. Can't say the best but I'd stay there again.
