The hotel is very beautiful and very serene. However there was a lot of things that weren’t right. The level of noise was not acceptable for an hotel of this standard. There were 2 weddings two birthdays parties and something else going on. The level of noise was just too much. And on top of that this morning at 10 am drums from the church downstairs were playing super loudly! It’s hard to get how a hotel has so much going on. Will never go back there that is for sure.
The staff were nice though and I feel like they were overwhelmed by everything that was going on.

First time staying here. Selected due to availability. Overpriced for the low quality of the room. Requested a room near elevator and the agent put me in the farthest corner away from the elevator. Room was outdated, holes in the blackout curtains, parking is valet and quite pricey, free parking is around the building and a pretty lengthy walk. The scenery was calming and the lobby area was nice. Was supposed to have breakfast included, it was not. Overall, the stay was just ok.

The staff is amazing. Polite and professional always. Don’t expect to sleep through the night without earplugs. There is an intermittent squeaking in the walls enough to wake you up. Or me anyway, also loud banging and knocking in the hallways in the middle of the night over and over. This is an event venue and there will be screaming children no matter what floor you are on the sound will carry due to the open concept at the center. The Koi pond is pretty. Both times I tried to take a bath the hot water ran out before it filled. The tub also doesn’t hold water for very long and constantly drains, even if the stopper is pulled up. The suites are not worth it as the furniture is so old and uncomfortable You need to layer pillows down to be comfortable. The fridge was cold, which is good. The highway noise wasn’t too bad. The mattress was comfortable. I only come here when I have to go to MD ANDERSON for procedures which means I really need a good night sleep and a comfortable place to recover. I won’t come back here because this place does not offer that option.

I stayed at this hotel, and the company I contract with also hosted a conference here. This is the second time in a year we've been here.
Overall for this combination of event and stay this hotel is great.
The location is convenient for local area attendees and there's lots of free parking. The hotel events staff were super professional and helpful. Tons of great Houston area restaurants nearby.
The rooms are good sized and quite comfortable. The beds and bedding are quite nice.
Since last year, it seems the property has been refreshed. I had a really good stay.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!!! I was in could give 0 stars. I was excited to stay here because i never have. DUE TO THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE LEFT AND DROVE BACK HOME. We only got 2 hours of sleep.
We just left (2:12 am) due to this hotel not doing anything about a drunk and disorderly drunk REPEATEDLY banging on our doors and others for 1.5 hours. We called at 12 am to report her the front desk,Victor, told us they didn't have staff to and let him handle it. He said there was 1 security officer and he would Handle it. Then again at 1:45 am she started screaming and banging on our door. . I called 911 since front desk nor security wanted to handle this. Due to being woken up by a belligerent drunk, front desk and security not doing their job, we left. Dont stay here. Victor told me he called 911 when I went to speak to him before leaving.
WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE BEEN. DO BETTER
Don't waste your money here, your better off sleeping in your vehicle
