This hotel is wonderful!!! I enjoyed a fantastic stay during my 10 days visiting Katy/Houston over Thanksgiving. They have the most lovely and fresh breakfast bar…everything you could want for breakfast. The staff was very kind and respectful. The room was perfectly cleaned and sanitized daily. The room was just lovely, comfortable, and very peaceful. It was one of the most perfect stays in a hotel and it definitely added to the joy of my trip to Texas.

We got in around 8 o’clock after a long drive. We were immediately greeted by David at the front desk. He was fast, friendly, and very efficient. You could tell this man knows how this operation runs. We had a few more great interactions with him before leaving and every time it was the same fast efficient, smiling David ready to help. Customer Service in a clean family friendly environment is exactly what we needed during our stay. Thank you, David!

Personally it’s not a 3 star but maybe 3.5? It wasn’t a bad experience at all per se. It did its part and was comfty. The only negatives were a late checkin that was a bit sketchy but the reception was fine. And when we went up to the 5th floor and guy who looked homeless was wandering back n forth . He had a drink in his hand and kept making circles. Our room was by the elevator too but we quickly went in and I eyed the keyhole and watched the guy weave back and forth. I was about to call down but didn’t want to assume he wasn’t supposed to be there so we waited until we didn’t hear him anymore. Suffice to say it was a bit scary but we had to sleep and locked the door. Everything in the room was fine. Typical Hyatt place. Only odd thing was the breakfast. Can tell it was shorthanded. No one refilled anything and we came down not even near closing time but an hour before. We got our food and ate but many things were running out like milk and hot items. No refills at all until someone I saw asked after 8:25. Then the check in person ran back there to refill. Was she respelled for breakfast too? Anyways everything was fine though. We only stayed a night. But Like every one said some areas to work on is service. Just not very professional service. Also it’s quite Loud by the elevators. So things like that would be nice if they changed it up. But it’s a convenient place going into Katy and close to everything there.

Beautiful, clean hotel and comfortable large rooms with excellent friendly staff! Special shout out to Stacy & David for making me feel so welcome. Their warm hospitality was wonderful! Originally planned on just a one-night stay but extended it because I enjoyed the property and room so much. Thanks!

I’m writing this review under my husband’s name, but I have to start by saying the service at this Hyatt truly impressed both of us. My husband was traveling to Houston and realized he had forgotten his glasses. I called the hotel to figure out the best way to send them and spoke with David. During that conversation, we discovered there was an issue with my husband’s reservation due to it being booked through his company. David immediately took ownership of the situation. He researched what was going on, made several calls back and forth, and ultimately figured everything out. His willingness to go the extra mile, his kindness, and his knowledge were so refreshing and genuinely appreciated. You don’t always see that level of care these days. I told my husband what a great experience I had with David and let him know to expect his glasses. A few days later, when I spoke with my husband again, he shared that he had a great night at the hotel bar, enjoying drinks and great conversation with one of the staff. He also mentioned meeting the manager, Stacey, and said she was just as awesome. That’s when we realized the bartender he had been talking with was David. All I can say is that this level of “good neighbor-ness,” combined with outstanding hospitality and a true commitment to going above and beyond, absolutely deserves recognition. When you put good out into the world, you get good back—and this Hyatt clearly does just that.
