Truck was broken into as well as others overnight in the parking lot. Front desk clerk wasn’t very surprised or responsive when we informed them. Nothing stolen because we didn’t leave anything in it but just a mess and hassle with a broken window. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Would not stay here again based on the vandalism experience.

Very beautiful hotel with a great staff!!! Stacy in the front desk was amazing!! She was super courteous and helpful and didn’t hesitate once to go the extra mile with my requests. Although they were minor requests being that I have small children, she went out her way with a smile!!!!!’ Definitely an asset to the Hyatt family! Itzel at the front desk was very nice and the maintenance and cleaning staff were also great!!I will recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Excellent customer service, Stacy was awesome. Stacy was so welcoming and delightful. Stacy made us feel right at home. The hotel is very nice, we will definitely come back and stay here again.

Don’t bother staying here. The room that I was given: you could hear music from the bar across the street and the AC outside the window very loud at night. Also, the bed is horrible and uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep. The bathroom had some hair on the floor, but even worse, it had some urine spots on the toilet. I have sent in my feedback. I only received an email from the manager saying that they were sorry and they’ll take it into consideration. So I called the corporate number to let them know about my stay, and they said that someone would get back with me. I’ve yet to get a call from anyone.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was unfortunately disappointing and fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from the Hyatt brand.
My family and I had checked out a total of 5 rooms.
First, while the front desk staff were friendly and approachable, their customer service left much to be desired. As Hyatt members, we were surprised to be refused complimentary water bottles, with the explanation that the hotel had changed its policy. This lack of flexibility and inability to provide such a basic amenity was frustrating and not in line with what loyal members should experience.
The issues extended beyond the front desk. Our room had a leaking toilet, which was inconvenient and unsanitary. The shower was another disappointment, with extremely weak water flow that made it difficult to enjoy even a quick rinse. These maintenance issues reflected a lack of attention to detail that you wouldn’t expect from a Hyatt property.
Breakfast was another letdown. While it’s typically a highlight of Hyatt Place stays, the food here was cold and unappealing, detracting from the overall experience. Although the staff were accommodating and tried their best to assist us during our stay, they seemed overwhelmed or undertrained, unable to deliver the quality of service associated with the Hyatt brand.
While there were moments of politeness and effort from the team, the overall experience was underwhelming. With maintenance issues, subpar amenities, and a lack of the usual Hyatt hospitality, I cannot recommend this location. Hopefully, management takes these concerns seriously and works toward meeting the standards that loyal guests expect.
