The first room that we got had a humid/wet dog type of smell and hair in the sink. They had no problem changing our room, and the next one was very clean and smelled good.
This hotel is in a business area complex and felt very safe. There was very little traffic around the hotel, so it was quiet. There were some other sitting areas that were very nice.
The 4th floor down arrow for the elevator doesn't work so you have to use the up and it's fine, just annoying if you end up rolling to the 5th floor with someone so you can then go down. The elevator is a little slow too, so it was mostly just annoying. They do not have a free continental breakfast but they have a restaurant you can buy breakfast in. I didn't check it out.
Water pressure was pretty good, decent hot water as well. I really don't have any serious faults or pluses. It was important to us that we were in a safe area, and it felt very safe

I wanted to like this hotel because it was such a good value. Unfortunately, I couldn’t. No wonder there were only 7 cars in the parking lot. The property is not well maintained and needs lots of work. My room was dirty and the desk was 34” tall!!! This is about 4” taller than typical so it was really difficult to work. The curtains were torn and the refrigerator coils were iced over and didn’t cool.

I am usually motivated to write a review if things were excellent, or abysmal. The experience here was not either. Service was good from the front desk. The cleaning crew was polite and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I do have a few issues, however. The Internet speed was pretty bad. These days I would think that this would be a priority, but although I could log on, it was very slow. Another pet peeve was that there were no coffee cups. I had to go hunt down a Cleaning person, who apologized that she had no coffee cups, and no coffee for the in-room machine except decaf. Not her fault, but definitely an unwelcome thing first thing in the morning. I suppose I would say that they are trying, and the room was good enough, but nothing exceptional about this place.

The price quoted per night was $86.00 + tax. I spent two nights and was billed a little over $300.00. No amenities provided. No coffee in the room and none is available until 6 am in the lobby. The phone in the room didn’t work, the iron was broke and only local channels were available on the TV. They have several signs hyping their full service restaurant - they only serve hamburgers and fries served in a styrofoam to go box. The breakfast buffet is typical low class hotel food and runs $17.00 per person. The rooms were clean . I would not recommend this facility.

Staying here now for 2 nights. Not impressed so far. Wi-Fi in the room does not work. No remote for the TV in the beginning, had to use the one from the living room. Broken handle on the cabinet under the sink, and the pantry downstairs was pretty much bare. I did buy a 20oz bottle of water for $3.50! Wish I would have picked a better hotel. Three star hotel? I’ve stayed in better motel 6’s.
