I stay here often in the King Suites because it feels like home — spacious, clean, and comfortable. But what really makes this place special is the staff.
The GM went above and beyond when he noticed I was in pain. Without hesitation, he personally brought me a cup of coffee and made sure I was okay. That kind of kindness and genuine care is rare these days, and it meant a lot to me.
Thank you for treating guests like people, not just room numbers. I’ll keep coming back because of service like this.

The hotel is very clean and the lobby is attractive. Very good facility. Did not try the pool or hot tub, but they look fine. Breakfast was not nearly as good as some of the other Holiday Inns in terms of options/variety. I've been to some Holiday Express with better breakfasts.
Front desk staff and restaurant staff were decent but not overly friendly

IHG Wake up! I stay around 230 nights a year in hotels. I use to stay 75 nights a year in IHG properties but it’s hotels like this that have dropped me down to under 50 nights per year. Other Hotel chains thank you I am stay around 180 nights in the other non IHG brands. Let me get a little more specific about this location.
#1 You advertise you have 12 draft beers on tap however you have ZERO. The bar has a stock supply of someone’s home very limited choice hardly any liquor.
#2 My room had 5 lights that were not function. Maybe by keeping the room dark and gloomy we cannot see the other issues. However, It my opinion that the hotel ownership team just does want to spend money. In a positive note the room appeared clean, at least what I could see.
#3 No body wash or deodorant bar soap in the room. They did have a fancy facial round soap. The good news is I brought my own in case this happened.
#4 The friendliest of the front desk staff when I checked in and when I purchased two bottles of water. Was not like they appreciated my business. The rest of the staff was at least smiling and friendly.
* Locations like this are not good for the brand. I spend around 30 nights a year in this area of Houston. I promise you that I have spent my last night in this property.
I hope you fix this location or sell it to a hotel management group that cares about service.

This is one my favorite hotels. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area near the Beltway and I-10 in West Houston. They have security patrolling at night. No issues with vandalism or theft.
My room is comfy, clean, and pleasant for the price. I've been at the property for an extended period and honestly have no complaints or issues.
The property is well managed IMO. Some of the rooms having some minor wear and tear issues like peeled paint but the hotel is decent and comfortable with some great amenities. Pool is indoor and clean and mini fitness center serves it's purpose.
I do hope they update it at some point and install smart TV's and put microwaves in the rooms. But there are no major concerns or complaints. Mr Kumar the owner and his front desk staff are nice and courteous people. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guest. Highly recommend staying at this IHG property.

The location is nice - close to restaurants and stores, and it was near where I was commuting for work - but you can find better hotels in the area at comparable prices. The fitness center was pitiful, the Wi-Fi was so slow, the televisions didn’t work. Our first room had a broken shower door, with a giant stain on the shower floor, and the refrigerator had food residue in it. We upgraded to a suite after the first night, and that refrigerator was also dirty and the couch had multiple stains. Most interactions with staff were unpleasant; they were either unfriendly or weren’t able to communicate enough to be helpful. Housekeeping didn’t come everyday (even though that was advertised), and they seemed understaffed in that area.
