As soon as I walked in the smell of the hotel was amazing! It smelled clean and fresh!
I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk and the check in process was seamless.
The hotel lobby was very clean, along with the hallways and the room was up to par as well. Their continental breakfast was great and there was a variety of food bacon, oatmeal, French toast just to name a few. There was a young man that sat off to the side in the room if you may needed any assistance, he was there to assist. He even took your plate once you left from your table.
Overall my family and I enjoyed the stay, and will be back again!

Yasmine was super nice and helpful in the restaurant bar. Wings were great. Happy hour prices very reasonable.
Derrick has always been friendly and actually remember my name as I came through the front door. Made me feel welcome

Overpriced and rude staff. Blankets had rips, room smells weird, staff was incredibly rude and the guy at the front desk is so sexist my husband noticed before I even said anything. Gym is TINY and pool/hot tub area is nasty - there is paint chipping away from all surfaces including the floor making it a hazzard, and everything is rusting. Also, hot tub was luke warm. Our room was smelly and the shower both doesn't work properly (won't fully switch from bath to shower and tub backed up after 5 minutes of showering) AND makes some crazy loud noise when you use it so I had to avoid using it during certain hours. Even the outlets are wrong - they're too loose and things you plug in just fall right out. I would rather sleep in the car than sleep here again, and I actually almost did so half way through the night. Another annoying thing is that for all the money you pay to stay here, they offer only PAID breakfast service. With there being easily over 100 hotels in the surrounding area, you can and SHOULD avoid this place.
Oh AND my husband accidentally left a bag of clothing behind and they threw it out or stole it because there was nothing there when we called to ask them about it the next morning. The guy said there wasn't even a note in the system about it and it was half of my clothing for our two week trip.... so it wasnt a small bag😒 avoid this trashy facility at all costs.

The first stay at this place was perfect in Fall 2024, but this time in Winter 2026 it was ridiculous. The light to the left of the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work and the alarm clock didn’t work. Instead of numbers the alarm clock was showing shapes. Outside on the second floor the smoke detector was chirping all weekend meaning the battery needs to be changed. If a fire broke out followed by the battery just so happening to run out then who knows what could have happened! The washer machines didn’t work. Finally to top it all off the hot water failed on Sunday morning, January the 4th, so I took a cold shower. I complained to the front desk agent during checkout and he said the ENTIRE HOTEL had no hot water. Absolute madness! Never once in my life has any motel or hotel I’ve ever stayed at had the hot water fail. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel stay ever. I’m never coming back because it’s not worth it.
