We were not greeted as platinum members when we arrived. The bar closed 30 minutes early. The breakfast was awful and overcooked. The room had a no special amenities folder, no note pad, no pen. This was one of the most disappointing Holiday Inn that we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at this one before, and the experience was so much better. With so many Holiday Inn choices in the area, we will not be back to this one.

I would give negative star review but it's not an option. The man at the front desk was unbelievably rude. I had a reservation, I walked in the door and he told me he canceled my reservation. I have diamond elite status, yet he canceled my reservation, based off of what he wouldn't say. He was beyond unpleasant the minute I walked in the door. I have never been treated so poorly. Apparently he based this on my looks alone I'm a 30something year old female Caucasian maybe a little disheveled today as I was working outside all day. But I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. Do not recommend this hotel!! Holiday Inn you really disappointed me with this experience!!

To House Mager upon leaving....I hate to keep making complaints about my stay. However must be honest to tell you of some of the concerns and complaints of my stay since the last time I text you. For the last 2 days aside from the previous noise of scheduling a family over a couple of two people.
I love kids, but due to the noise over us of jumping, bumping, screaming, playing, we couldn't sleep. Then, a day later, the workers have been "next door" painting and knocking on the wall making repairs which did not accommodate a quiet environment to sleep. Number two, I seem to have "bed bug bites" on my neck and a picture will be attached to show you what it looks like. The breakfast was "horrible" in selection and quality, we we stayed four nights, and after seeing what was served, three days of the breakfast, we (paid) could have had breakfast but it was not appetizing. We stayed at Staybridge and we stayed at the Marriott Courtyard here in Webster without these issues, but they were booked at the time. you all need to upgrade your breakfast to real eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, fruit waffles,cand vegetables instead of what you're serving. We've been going to McDonald's every morning for the breakfast. Otherwise the gym was good I got a chance to work out and you all are close to everything but you have to do better on how you schedule the rooms and all the other things. I've mentioned the front desk being covered for guest help, the breakfast being quality and being considered people when they come ino your hotel to rest and hearing all this noise either from a family over them or the workers who are repairing the room. No hard feelings, however, we won't be returning and we won't be suggesting anyone stay at this hotel.

It's probably the best and worst place I've ever stayed at. We started off well after arriving at 4:00 a.m., and when we wake up at 11 am, they tell us we have to check out. We're confused as they say they have a 3 pm. check-in time and 11 am check out time. And that caused a problem. After that, a rude register worker tries to make us pay 154 dollars when we already paid. This really had us off our vacation. Although everything else was good. Nice pool with a spa. Breakfast and dinner and very polite maids.

Nicest people work here. Hotel impressive upon entering. Warm welcome and beautifully decorated. Easy check-in. Loved the have a bar & restaurant. The rooms were very nice. We've stayed here twice and only complaint is second time we were on second floor and it was noisy. Definitely making this our go to hotel. Also a shout to front desk worker Moses & Rodney. So nice!
