Nicest people work here. Hotel impressive upon entering. Warm welcome and beautifully decorated. Easy check-in. Loved the have a bar & restaurant. The rooms were very nice. We've stayed here twice and only complaint is second time we were on second floor and it was noisy. Definitely making this our go to hotel. Also a shout to front desk worker Moses. So nice!

This hotel always smells so nice and clean. The rooms are clean as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cleaning staff always on point and being diligent in their housekeeping duties. The front desk folks were amazing too! MADISON made me feel welcomed and was very helpful during my stay. There were several others that I encountered at the front desk and they were all very pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and out, and that acknowledgment made me feel comfortable and safe. It was as if they knew who was coming in and out of the hotel. A positive experience all around!

If you're looking for the crappiest hotel in the best part of town, this is for you. Many of the rooms have "Demolition/Painting" tape on the doors and from 9am - 6pm every day it's hammering/sawing/yelling by construction guys. Then at night, you get to smell fresh paint until you have a headache. Even the "Deluxe" room I got smelled of musty clothes and half the outlets didn't work. The paint work is sloppy, the furniture is old, and the room feels like a $50/night room. It's $10 extra a day for the breakfast, which says "classy" to any hotel. Their restaurant is always empty, and I can see why. This is a crappy hotel with a poor paintjob trying to come across as more. The only nice thing is the local area is good, so you should find another location.

We enjoyed the stay. Kids loved the indoor pool. The staff was extremely friendly!
The bed skirt I could see the safety pins, so it needs updating. Plus no smart TV. But other than that it was good

Best part about this hotel is the customer service. The front desk agents are welcoming and professional. They are empowered to make decisions appropriate to the situation (vs. the last few places where I stayed at where they were scared to even check people out without a manager being there). Kudos to the night staff like Moses and Victoria who take time to make sure every guest is helped, despite it taking some time to get things sorted out.
Hotel has a small gym with weights and bench, treadmill, elliptical. There is a water dispenser and water fountains outside the gym. Snack area has soft drinks and snacks available for purchase, despite the vending machines not working on the floor.
Plenty of parking, and next to a variety of food options you can walk to (Japanese, Thai, etc.) as the parking lot is adjacent to a commercial strip with lots of stores.
One star off due to the weird breakfast situation, elevators being inefficient, and some parts of the hotel being a little shabby/not as well maintained.
Overall - would recommend this place as it is safe, service is good, and a convenient location for getting food or shopping, as well as I-45.
