    Me and my husband come here every 3 months for my scans at md Anderson, Mark the shuttle bus driver is great and very respectful. We go across the road and get sandwich stuff, drinks and snacks to eat, it saves money and the Buffett is high. I don’t eat a big breakfast anyway. We ride the shuttle bus or catch a Ubber to hospital. We like the location and are comfortable staying here. I would recommend if you get to your room and see a problem, have them give you a different room. However there does need to be an officer watching the parking lot at night and one that stays awake that is.. the staff is nice and friendly and we need something we just ask.

    We’ve stayed here several times a year during the NFL season and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This time John Q. Was great and made everything enjoyable. The room and very clean and neat, services is great as always. Great job!

    1) I can hear ever word from the couple in the room next door. 2) No toner in the printer Business Area, Two days I have complained. 3) The carpet was nasty looking and the place has a funky dirty smell but they are painting the outside ... . . . ? 4) $17 for a crap breakfast buffet that would have been free and still crap anywhere else. $3 for coffee . It's shares a parking lot with NRG Stadium.

    Service here was top-notch. Had issues with the online booking agency I used (my fault), but the font desk was super helpful to get us checked in. I gave location a 3 because its location to the stadium is both good and bad. It's super convenient, but traffic around the hotel is terrible on the weekend. Also, note that they use the hotel lot for even parking, and it can be a pain to get in the driveway. Room gets a 4 because the shower pressure was lacking, but what it didn't have in pressure it tried to make up for with heat

    BEWARE! This location is prime for car break ins...happened to my friend a few weeks ago. ALSO...be aware that the front desk staff will tell you wrong information, and then let corporate tell you it's YOUR fault if something goes wrong. A reservation was made here by a friend of mine, and there was a need to cancel. The front desk personnel said the cancellation policy was one day's charge, but the rest would be REFUNDED. The hotel needed to be cancelled, but NO refund was given. Why? Because they'd "paid in full" which meant no refund was allowed. How do you get a "refund" if you don't pay in full? The front desk either doesn't know what it's doing or corporate is enjoying scamming people out of money by having the front desk staff lie. Don't stay here so that you don't have to find out!! Yes, this review is in response to a friend's stay. I want this hotel to know that when you screw over someone, that into goes beyond just that person.
