Our baseball team stayed here over the weekend, and our experience was great. Melissa provided outstanding service, always courteous and attentive to our needs. The dinner and breakfast menus exceeded our expectations for hotel dining. Icella, the kitchen manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her cooking was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again!

First off, I stayed here my wedding day and during the few days of our honeymoon! I stayed in an accessible room and I had to contact a lawyer after staying here, unfortunately.
This is why. Poor management and customer service + care. Stayed for almost a week with two. Hurt myself due to the architectural design of the hotel room and instead of getting a call from the front desk or management they disconnected the phone in our room. I was bleeding from my knee and head was concussed. A week later of getting the runaround, only to be lied to (by the manager) by the manager, Jay, someone from the front desk claimed Jay already spoke to me on the phone and assured me. Which was unfortunately not true š¤š°
I've stayed at 5 stars, and even 2 stars hotels better than this so called ā4 starā hotel.
Soon as I got hurt Jay disconnected our room phone and decided it was a good idea to not care that one of his guests got hurt at his hotel.
Also the chef was out for almost 5 days because he was sick, therefore there was no breakfast or dinner the majority of my stay that I stayed. The TV didn't work. The CLOCK didn't work. Phone was disconnected. DISGUSTING mattress covered in yellow stains. The shower floods into the room- 1/2 inch deep of standing waterā¦ š
Rude day shift front desk, specifically the black lady, and the general manager, Jay, who said if we needed anything to tell him and heāll be thereā gave the run around and was also very rude, lied, and kept a facade of helpfulness and care.
Fun story to tell 15k followers online though. After getting injuries, documentation, getting the run around, lied to, I contacted a lawyer. I would post pictures of my injuries but I donāt think youād want to see that
Do not stay here.

Booked a reservation over the phone the day before. (The app wouldn't accept my card... it happens even without a "natural disaster"). About an hour and a half before check-in. I received an email FROM THE HOTEL stating, "They were out of power," and my reservation was canceled. I tried calling, but there was no answer. Now, why or how can a person book a reservation with personnel that can oversee their affiliates, not be aware the hotel doesn't have power?. When i called customer service (who i originally booked with and should have known the issue).... they called the hotel and got through no problem. I'm in town for a business matter and had to sleep in a car due to the lack of communication with IHG's customer service and its host of brand. I drove by the hotel, and it appeared there was power, so I went back to the app. The dates I had set for my reservation are no longer available, and dates that weren't booked appear to have bookings a day later. So to say, if you are in need of a place to stay due to the storm that came through town. Don't get your hopes up in enjoying a little comfort at this hotel if your booking did go through. It'll probably just get canceled. Luckily, i am/was able to find somewhere with Hyatt ( further from where I needed to be) that was able to accommodate a reservation for the remaining days I would be in town.

So, someone messed up and rented the handicapped room we reserved. Elijah, one of the most professional and knowledgeable workers I've ever encountered here(and I've stayed many times) He used quick witt and resources and was able to fix us up with another room with all the amenities we needed. He deserves a raise and to be considered for a management opportunity.
Thanks Elijah!

I did not want the housekeeper in the room. So, I left the "door not disturb" sign on the door. In order to get new towels, I am asked to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. 1 Star.
