I had an excellent experience in every way! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and truly making me feel like a valued guest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the spotless housekeeping and the fresh towels provided every day. I was very satisfied and can highly recommend this place!

Tremendous value, such a nice and new hotel in an area that you’d not expect it to be as such. Huge shout out to Ops Manager, Lisa Lovette! Lisa was absolutely incredible! I arrived a little early and still allowed in my room and she even helped the cleaning crew finish up in the suite so I could go in. She also gave me a snack and drink while I waited for the room then followed up to make sure the room was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was great and the hotel was so very clean, seemed brand new even though it has been open for years. Great find and I was very apprehensive going into the stay but was so very pleasantly surprised.

From the first time I stayed here I love it. It's the only place I will stay while in Houston. The staff is friendly, take care of the guest. I would recommend without any hesitation. It is clean & quiet so major pluses.

Room service was almost nonexistent. They came in and left new towel and picked up old one. Even if you had the hanging up for reuse. The rooms could of been much clean, and I believe coffee pods are gold to them. Yet they let homeless in to have coffee in the lobby. I probably won't be back to this location.

Chris, the overnight girl, what's the most professional customer service rep we have ever dealt with. She helped us out even though it was very late, and other people were waiting, she was able to get us checked in super quick and help us out what's my mom's handicap needs. Chris deserves a raise and an opportunity for management. So she can make sure that the other employees are working and serving guests just as good as she is. Five stars earned by Chris
