I went with my family during spring break weekend. We had two rooms nearby each other. One of the rooms had a foul smell, and it got worse when trying to lower the AC. Had to buy febreeze, and somehow it made it worse. We were given breakfast vouchers per guest each day. First day went well, but the second day didn’t go as well. I’m thinking there’s something going on behind the scenes with management because as my family and I were waiting to get our breakfast, they ran out of food! We were informed with how one of the workers did not show up so they were running low on supplies. How unfortunate! Luckily the lady working there tried to accommodate us and I see she’s doing her best while juggling a lot that is not in her working position! Management needs a bit more structure. Another issue with this hotel I had was when we needed towels but were informed that they were closed….i thought hotels normally change your towels during the day when customers are out from my experience. The pool was an indoor pool, but as I stepped in, it was cooler than outside. Might as well have an outdoor pool. Overall 2/5…. The lady working that day makes up an extra point from my experience here.

It’s a good hotel.
BUUUT Opportunities:
The keys don't work, I don't know why but you will receive 2 but maybe no one will do it… this is a problem because if it happens you will go to front desk many times.
And about the rooms, if you stay in an odd room you are next to the highway and there is a “pothole” in it, you will hear it with all the trailers, the whole night, it was loud and uncomfortable.
And no body make up our room on the last day and there was no cleaning staff at night when we realized it.
Unfortunately the service of the woman at midnight is unkind and you will see her in a bad mood for waking her up.
We just want to say that Melissa and Ana's service is incredible, they are both wonderful, they make you feel at home, surprised by their attention and how their work makes a difference. They really look happy and enjoying their job!
If you come you will notice what I am saying!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This area is actively being targeted for thieves stealing car parts!! From a well lit and fenced area. Hotel is NOT warning guests and NOT increasing security. I got my catalytic converter stolen and hotel staff said it just happened last week. DO NOT STAY HERE. CAR PARTS ARE ACTIVELY BEING STOLEN AND HOTEL IS DOING NOTHING.

Jay, the general manager, and the entire staff made this literally my best hotel stay ever! We were here Sunday night through Friday afternoon. They took care of all of our needs and were all extremely hospitable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. If I have to come to Houston again, I truly hope to stay here again.

Mrs Lisa, is an amazing staff. She is the sweetest and made me feel so welcome as soon I walked through the door to check in. Definitely will be coming back: Hotel is very nice.
