We stayed at this property ( Russel & Kimberley) from 24th - 30th May. The reception staff are super friendly and the housekeeping is fantastic. They pay attention to every detail to ensure your comfort. I would like to specially mention Georgette and Steven for being so Exceptional. They genuinely care and show tremendous dedication in what they do. A Big God Bless! The Holiday inn Express Clear Lake is an absolute Value for Money Place to Stay!!!

Nice place! We were told we could park a car here while we went on our cruise over the phone and when we got here, they said we couldn’t. So we had to rent another parking space. Disappointed in that, but the rooms were good, AC worked well, beds we’re comfortable. It was located by good restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this place.

Shower and bath products are marked as dove company, helpful for the TX first visit. Rooms are clean and the room service is upon request. Front desk were amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Coffee from costa - not sour but the way coffee should be. Diversited breakfast options and nice pool. Cozy place easy to navigate. Close to Target

I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is rare to find these days. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores, just off the interstate, and near where we were going. It is on a quiet street and it felt safe. The rooms were huge and the AC was excellent. The price was really great. I wish I would have asked the names of the front desk clerks that evening and night because they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

This hotel is very well maintained, and very well managed. Every employee that I encountered was very helpful, and their attitudes were nothing short of professional. Every team member exuded the sentiment that they were one big family that honestly enjoyed being a service to others, regardless of their position on staff. The hotel is close by to all sorts of retail shopping, along with a multitude of restaurants. Very much appreciated.
