Melina, who works at the front desk at the Holiday Inn express near Clearlake was so friendly every morning I left for work. She greeted me with a smile which started my day off right. When I forgot to get a receipt for my stay, I came back and she was more than happy to help and greeted me with that same energy even though I wasn’t staying there. Melina is memorable and remarkable!

This place was SO clean! I honestly can say this is one of the cleanest hotel stays I’ve had. Our room was spotless and smelled so good! The bed was SO comfortable and the blankets were fluffy and soft. I usually hate hotel beds but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. Front desk staff member was so sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our quick stay before our cruise and will 100% use this hotel again.

Not worth $125 for a night
Dirtiest Holiday inn ever.
We needed rest after long drive, expecting nice clean environment in Holiday Inn.
I was disappointed, didn’t expect from Holiday Inn Management.
Upon notifying the Manager Michelle Marques, all she said the room needed deep cleaning, I thought room should not be rented until all cleaning is done. Definitely need deeper cleanup for this location,
Large stains on carpet all over the room, ripped carpet corners, dirty restroom door, stains all over
Pipe under restroom sink disgusting, you can see the black pipe while sitting on toilet.
Flies in breakfast area. Caught two in room
Hallway Smells bad when entering from side doors
All this felt like low level motel.
Nicer well mannered Manager would be great.

I travel often and very rarely do I experience something worth leaving a review whether good or bad, but wit this experience at this particular location where the team members went above and beyond and we're super friendly courteous and accommodating. I just wanna go and give my thanks to the team, staff and housekeeping for everything 10 out of 10

They put a hold for the whole amount of the room which was $250. When we got there they wanted to run our house card again for another $250. Just make sure you are aware you will pay double what the room costs. It’s been a week and I have yet to get the “hold” money back and the front desk was not friendly and did not help at all. Then the next morning there was a moldy muffin for breakfast and we did make the front desk aware. I will never use another Holiday Inn because of this experience. If I could give 0 stars I would
