Great staff! Georgette, Andre, Steven and everyone were helpful, friendly, and competent. Really enjoyed my stay here because of them.
The facilities are about ready for a refresh. Clearly the hotel has been well used (because it is good) and it shows. I would stay there again.

New property that is clean and inviting. No problems with anything in the room. We were placed away from the elevator as requested and taken care of. The breakfast was OK, nothing to brag about but the price was free 99, so that’s that. Staff was friendly and helpful, location is right off of I-45 close to the mall and several restaurants. Costco is next door if you need anything major. Target is close for everyday needs.

The exterior was very pretty, making for a surprise upon seeing the interior.
Our room was outdated and grubby — there was grime and someone else’s toothpaste on the bathroom door.
The bathtub did not drain well. The elevator was dirty, full of fingerprints. There are no laundry facilities on site.
The hotel hallways and room did not smell fresh. The window did not have a screen which let bugs in when trying to air out the room.
The young man who checked us in was complaining about other customers and begged for a good review. (This did not set a great tone from the start). When we saw him later in our stay, he complained more about customers.
The drive to the Bush International Airport was approximately 45 minutes to an hour’s drive away.
I wished we had stayed elsewhere. At least there was free wi-fi.

Clean, nice staff & WONDERFUL BREAKFAST. Carpet was wet, light bulbs were burnt out in several fixtures & power blinds DID NOT FUNCTION in almost all rooms. The maids & front desk advised me none of the room darkening blinds function anymore. The motors had all burned up and were seized up, the Blue flood lights (purely cosmetic) on the from side of the ENTIRE HOTEL shines in each room on every floor all night. It made you feel like you had a black light or LED strip mood lighting in a teenagers room lol. I could not sleep and clipped three towels to the lower 3ft of the blinds. Also kept the room cooler during the day. Once I solved that it was not so bad. Our carpet was real damp the entire week we were there... maybe condensation or carpet shampooing? The bed squeaked alot everytime my husband rolled over. I enjoyed my trip but did not sleep. The Eliptical had a shattered screen so working out was alittle annoying. Everything. The staff would never answer the phone for questions about the lights or blinds. On the fourth day someone finally explained the problem and that changing rooms would not help cause they all were broken. What happend to good old fashioned SIMPLE CURTAIN RODS OR MINIBLINDS?! They never need batteries, motors. Keep it simple & classic.
WONDERFUL pillows, bedding & towels. Would stay again! PERFECT pool, hottub, location & store inside. The food delivery options were AMAZING - THOUSANDS of choices ❤️ Steak houses, Chinese, seafood, pubs, bars all within a mile. Shopping GALORE.

Very friendly staff and seamless check-in and out. Our room was spotless and I'm very grateful go get extra makeup wipes from the front desk whenever I needed it.
Delicious complimentary breakfast of all the basics. Didn't get time to check out the pool but we enjoyed our stay. It was incredibly cozy + with a gorgeous view!
