This hotel was a solid four stars until our last stay. Part of the rate and experience of staying at an IH Express is the breakfast. It's sold as a corporate part of the experience and not a simple add on.
The breakfast this morning was not at all up to par. The hot portions were lukewarm at best; there was no gravy for the biscuits and this at 0830. It seems the breakfast was already in the process of being torn down before 0900 - which tells the customer you're not important, our bottom line is more important.
The cinnamon roll was hard, cold and borderline stale. The saddest yet funniest part of the breakfast were the pancakes. The syrup was absent but that didn't matter because the pancakes were smaller than a quarter. When asked about it, the breakfast attendant said that they were that size..........insulting.
Overall if I have to travel into this area again, I'll find a different hotel. This one isn't worth the cost of the room rates.

Recently stayed at this location for 3 nights for work. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. My room was spotless. I spend quite a bit of time in hotels for work and I can honestly say that this one was probably the cleanest. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. If I'm in the area again I will definitely stay here.

the worst stay ever!!
one staff her name aspen crockett was horrible!!
she attacked our privacy and opened our room door because she was suspecting smell of smoking !
rude ,shouting as if she came from street ..and the worset part that her smell is worse than cigarette smell.!
managment of the hotel should be careful how to choose their staff because its affecting the reputation of the hotel .

We stayed at the Holiday Inn from December 22 to January 4. Our room got cleaned twice only despite the reception confirming it was supposed to be a daily cleaning. The wash washer was broken for the entire two weeks. We had to take the garbage out ourselves and were directed to go down to reception to collect clean towels.

We checked in on November 24th and out November 25th. Front desk both days were friendly and welcoming. Housekeeper on the 1st floor the morning of check out was real sweet. My room was very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. Very relaxing. However the lady serving breakfast was rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. The closer it got to ending breakfast she didn’t want to make more food but there was still a good amount of people there. But even though I didn’t care for that I still rated a 5 because everything and everybody else was great!! Whenever I’m in town this is where I will be staying!
