Really great stay, super clean rooms and hotel in general they did offer brakefast but didn't get a chance to try they also offer free parking with a security on duty which is a plus. Really spacious gym with clean equipment, a cool indoor pool for a hot summer day. I really didn't find anything wrong with this place the staff was also great and helpful in every way. We choose to stay here because of the walking distance of the white oak music hall, but would gladly stay any other time when im in Houston 10/10

I stay here for PD every summer. I had a personal emergency and had to come to Houston. I needed a hotel I didn't have to worry about. The location is great. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Shout out to Marissa for coming in clutch. If you have business or pleasure in Houston, I highly recommend this location.

Antony was super chill! Made the check in process pretty easy. The room is really clean and the location is nice since it’s a walk away from our concert venue!🗣️👍🏾🩷

We checked in as rewards members and told the concierge WHEN WE CHECKED IN that we needed a late check out. The concierge heard and confirmed what I said. The next morning, housekeeping came and we reminded them that we requested a late check out. She advised we call the front desk, and I did to which the front desk told me, due to the rodeo being in town they needed to “turn and burn”. I too am visiting from abroad and planned my day accordingly. My gripe, if there was no late checkout we should’ve been advised of such when we requested it, not the next day, and not so unprofessionally.
Also this isn’t the best location, the scenery is a very loud freeway and a some pallets stacked in a boneyard next door.

This place is very clean, the room is spacious, the windows have blackout shades which work really well! Breakfast is decent; hours could be longer. Biscuits and bagels should be cut in half. Front desk attendant and service crew take care of any issues very quickly. Shower has good water pressure. Water heats up quickly. Price is good.
