I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh and inviting, which made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude really added a personal touch to my stay and made me feel right at home.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with truly wonderful service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This an experience from November 26, 2025.
And this is the worst service I have ever received from an IHG hotel chain. I been a member since 2011.
As we arrived for our stay, we notice there’s 3 employees assisting a customer. A trainee, a manager and a regular employee (assuming was training the new employee).
We patiently waited our turn, just to feel completely unwelcome to the hotel.
As common courtesy and as previous experiences; it is customary for the personnel to greet your welcome to the hotel, commonly also thank for the loyalty and acknowledge the members status. As well as offer amenities or an opportunity/option to earn more points.
Usually explain the amenities on site, breakfast times, complete the form for the vehicle being driving.
However, this experience went out the window, as stated before 3 employees patiently assisted a customer before us and when our time came, patience went out the window. Manager went back to her office.
Then the other 2 employees rushed us in, none of the previously mentioned customary actions were taken.
ONLY the new employee mentioned once while handing the keys of our room “Oh!, Thanks for your member status with us”. The only question asked to us was, “What brings us to stay in the hotel?” Which I really never had that asked.
If it wasn’t late night and holidays, I would have requested to be transferred to another hotel on the chain.
In the morning during breakfast, there were even people non guests walking in and using the breakfast facilities while guests were waiting for them to puck what they were getting and leave, so guests can served them breakfast.

Great experience and will definitely go back. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. I was a little nervous about parking safety based on previous reviews, but the entire parking lot is gated with a security car and another security guard sitting outside at the gate at night. They had ear plugs provided in the room because it is located right off the highway, but the noise didn’t bother us. I will note that, while you don’t hear the people next door, you do hear people walking around on the floor above you. Breakfast was just okay, nothing to brag about, but have definitely had better from this hotel chain. The front receptionist was so helpful and welcoming. Overall great experience. I also would like to note, it smelled great. From the lobby to the room, everything smelt fresh and clean.

The hotel met expectations for a quick one night stay. Bed sheets and bathroom were both very clean, and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is convenient and easy to access.
The only downside is that it’s right by the highway, so it can be quite noisy. However, the hotel does provide earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch and helped with getting a good night’s rest.

Our stay was peaceful. The rooms were spotless. Front desk personnel were kind, friendly and professional.
If you stay in room 324, there is a very loud noise. It’s so loud that the hotel leaves ear plugs. So make sure to ask to stay on the opposite side of the hotel.
