We stayed for 10 nights after I had major surgery at Memorial Hermann. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff. The Manager, Ms Andrea Ernest, was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was always good and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean. Thank you so much for the Hospitality!! ❤️🩹

Another great stay at an IHG hotel.
1. The hotel has quarters for the laundry facility, and I didn't have to go searching outside of the hotel for quarters.
2. The location is perfect. I was able to get to all of my events with ease. There's also a ton of places to eat, shop, and drink within the immediate area.
*It can be somewhat difficult to exit the parking lot due to its proximity to the freeway.
3. The laundry facility, along with the washer and dryer, were super clean on the inside/outside.
3. The customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
4. The cost per night is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
5. The check-in and check out process is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
6. The room is super clean⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
7. There is an on-site security guard with plenty of lighting throughout the outside of the building⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are a few things to keep in mind if you're looking to book this location. I was in room 231 and heard every word from the event being held in the hotel on Sunday and Monday. It didn't last long but long enough to be somewhat annoying. During this event, there weren't any parking spaces readily available. It was a bit annoying after spending the day out in the Houston heat. I had to drive in and out of the parking lot for 20+ minutes before I was able to get a parking spot. The back doors near the pool weren't accessible late at night if you parked in the back parking lot. I had to use the side door instead (there is an on-site security guard). These minor inconveniences did not sway my decision to book this location again for my future travels, and I'd definitely recommend visiting this location if you're in town. Thank you for all that you do for us. Have an amazing day.

I stayed here 2 days I had multiple problems at this hotel. First I booked the hotel and was told that I didn't have to pay until I arrived however the front desk told me if I didn't pay in full by noon before we got there that they would give my room away. The room was nice and the breakfast was okay. My TV was broken and it took until the second day to get replaced. They asked me if I wanted to move rooms but I didn't. They changed my room in the computer anyway. When night shift came on, they gave my room to another person so at 11:00 at night I had a strange man with a key walk right into my room. Scared the hell out of me. They ended up refunding me for a night. I had a relative staying in the room next door and when we checked out they put her room on my credit card even though she gave them her own card. I didn't find out about it until I got home and saw my credit card statement. It's been nothing but a headache and I would never ever stay here again. It's not all about the room being clean. We were in town for a funeral and I was traveling with my disabled child. This stay added enormously to the level of stress I was already experiencing. No amount of apologies is enough.

I stayed here in November and although my stay was pleasant the manager of this location would stop talking over me when I was trying to explain my frustration when I lost my AirPods and one of the workers stole it. These AirPods I have them on my find my iPhone and have been tracking them and they have been going from an addressed going BACK to that hotel everyday. As I'm explain this to the manager she kept cutting me off saying that her workers are great, she has a great staff and I don't deny that but I could give a **** about how great your workers are ONE OF THEM STOLE MY AIRPODS AND DIDNT REPORT THEM TO THE FROMT DESK. THAT IS MY ISSUE. I ofc, yelled at this manager woman because she wouldn't shut up and hear my frustration and honestly I felt disregarded. Yes I put in a police report, I have been filling up with them but there is a certain level as a MANAGER that you should take action and speak to your employees and FIRE whoever is stealing customers things that are literally there to stay for a couple of days.
I have NEVER yelled at a worker before let alone a manager but this woman needs to be replaced. I will never stay here again, and I know me saying that doesn't do anything because hundreds of others stay here with no problem but I hope that for those who do whatever housekeeper, maintenance, or front end team or whatever team they are apart of that this doesn't happen to them.
The pictures below are two days apart December 20th and the 21st.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and 2days last week.
People are friendly. It was nice and cozy. I like the ambiance and the smell as you enter the hotel.
I saw some families with their kids as well.
