The rooms need a little attention to detail concerning condiments, cups/glassware an coffee. (straws, napkins etc...)
Now Francisco in the dinning room has taken care of us for several years. He makes sure our orders are split perfectly and presented in the best way. He is sure to please you in any need you may have.
The kitchen is great and by the time we leave we've had multiple meals and all are great.
Thank you Hilton at the Medical Center, we definitely need you!

We stay here often for appointments in the Houston area. We really enjoy this hotel and its proximity to the hospitals and medical offices. The shuttle service is great! I love the Starbucks in the lobby too. Mylinda always knows how to make our drinks perfectly! She remembers our orders, even if it's been months since our last visit! The staff goes above and beyond to make our experience here the best! I highly recommend this hotel!

This property is a Hilton in name only. I stay at a lot of Hiltons, and this one is the worst. Because I was traveling alone, I looked under the beds. GROSS. It made me feel like there was no way the rest of the room was clean. And this was a suite I was upgraded to. It’s dated. And that’s not a huge deal to me. But cleanliness is everything in a hotel. Then, the fire alarm went off around 5 am. The security guards in the hallway assured us all it was no big deal, and that it happens all the time. That feels like a problem that needs fixing. I’m disappointed to cross this property off the list because it is so convenient to Rice. Not worth the hassle.

Claudette R (Front Desk) is so amazing. She excitedly greeted me upon arrival. Check in wasn't until 3PM, I had a long flight, and got to the hotel around 10:30AM. With no where to kick back and relaxed. Claudette saw how tired I was, checked her room availability, and was able to get me in a room right then. I got to the room, there was an issue with the toilet, Claudette sent someone right up to fix my toilet. Anything issue I threw at her, she excitedly accepted ownership of my issue's, and promptly provided me a resolution. Please hire more people like her. I would've been miserable without Claudette going above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Her service was so amazing I felt like a friend being welcomed at her 17 floor mansion, not a hotel guest. Thank you sooo much Claudette. Kudos to you!

Update: I really wanted to like this place because first impression was great but service was not helpful and kept saying they'd speak to management but no resolution is being made. Now the water doesn't work/toilet isn't flushing. Will need to relocate - needed to call corporate despite paying $200+ per night. Would not recommend.
Edit: had to remove a star as AC stopped working in all rooms. Staff said nothing they could do, offered no money back/ way to make it right. Expected more when issues occur from a large corporate hotel chain and for the cost.
First impression: Our room was much nicer than we had anticipated. Very spacious, even has 1.5 baths! Very convenient location, lots of things like coffee, pharmacies are within walking distance.
