We were greeted by Vanessa who took very good care of us at the front desk. We appreciated her professional attitude and getting us checked in. The only thing, I was not impressed was the room. The bed was really uncomfortable. Overall the hotel grounds were nice and it was nice to be close to the space center.

I've stayed at multiple Hilton's and this one was definitely not great. The gals at the front desk didn't mention anything at check in about what time breakfast was, where it was, where the elevators were, they just handed me a parking pass and that's it. The wait for the 3 elevators (for 14 floors) was terrible. We ended up taking the stairs up and down to the 5th floor multiple times, cutting through the laundry room. When we arrived at breakfast they said we needed meal tickets but nothing was ever provided. Breakfast was not stocked, no bowls, empty fruit bowls, empty entree dishes. I asked for a glass of orange juice twice and was given a glass of room temperature water, coffee was gross on our second day. We got two canned drinks at $11/each from the pantry area and they were not cold. Our room was very dated and old. The Lake View we paid extra for was a tiny triangle balcony off the corner of our room. the 4 of us (2 adults/2 kids) definitely wouldn't have fit out there together. The door to the closet was missing. The doors looked like they were from the 1980's, wood-like, flimsy. Our neighbors were up yelling and fighting at midnight one night. I definitely wouldn't stay there again. Not sure why it was so dated and unwell kept.

It's been several years, but I wanted to leave a review since I didn't before.
I was researching the area while on a solo trip and found this gem through my Hilton membership.
It's a conference center, but has a nice pool and location on the water. The rooms were more "business" than "vacation", but very nice, spacious, and comfortable.
I ordered room service a few times and it was very good. The few times I needed anything and couldn't get down to the lobby, they were very attentive and prompt.
Interesting area on the bay with a lot to do!

Place is a dump. Water in shower gets really hot and then really cold without turning the faucet. Elevators barely work. AC runs at about 100db. A very dates hotel in need of a full remodel.

We had a great stay at the Nassau Bay Hilton. Room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious & the ladies who helped serve us was helpful & kind. When I needed help getting ice for the room Andrew Taylor was always willing to help & had great manners. We will stay again when down this way.
