Almost two years ago we stayed here, with my extended family, say 15 rooms, and found the hotel very good. The location is very good as a good Pakistani and a middle eastern restaurant is just at the location. Great place. Next time I visit Houston, I will definitely stay at this place.

Misty smell in elevator and rooms. Snoring from next room. Tight rooms, weird shower configuration. Beds and pillows ok. Don't give any perks for platinum Expedia members. Clean every other day. No safe box in the room. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Hilton is my go to hotel, but this location is becoming very ghetto. The staff is rude and incompetent. I booked a four night stay and needed towels. I called help desk and waited about 30 minutes. It was checkout time and busy. I heard housekeeping, so i stepped out to adk the housekeeper for a set of towels. She yelled at me no and shook her hand at me to go away. I raised my voice and said ma'am I'm staying four nights. I just need towels. She turned and walked away but called me a curse word in Spanish. I guess she assumed I didn't speak Spanish. I then yelled at her that she was very unprofessional and I knew exactly what she said. Another gentleman who was checking the rooms ran to me and apologized several times. He gave me towels and then scolded the housekeeper. I later spoke to her supervisor, and all she told me was, "Well, she's new." I'm sorry, but new or not, you can not curse at a guest for asking for a towel.

DOG HAIR My parents visited this hotel with plans to stay 2 nights, but unfortunately only stayed 1 due to their experience. My father fell asleep on the couch and woke up covered in dog hair. The hotel personnel were accountable and apologetic and also discounted the nightly rate due to issue. However, it's unfortunate that my parents could not enjoy the rest of their weekend. I can't help but wonder what other parts of the room were not cleaned thoroughly and properly. 🤢

Im not sure how to give this review. PROBLEM: i was having surgery in the area and staying at this hotel the day before and the night after surgery. I asked if they had a wheel chair because it would be absolutely necessary after the surgery... 1. When i called to ask about the room and was told they had one. 2. At check in. Was told they had one and to ask the desk clerk for it when i needed it. 3. During my surgery my husband asked if they had one and they said yes, just ask the desk clerk for it and we would have it. After surgery, I show up needing the wheel chair, unable to walk. I could not get to my 3rd floor room by walking. NO WHEELCHAIR!!! The wheel chair had been stolen prior to me ever checking in. They had to wheel me up in a desk chair which took my husband, a strong man, and an attendant. (Im not a large person). SOLUTION: However they did buy a wheelchair and had it there when i was leaving, which was good because i still needed to be wheeled out the day after surgery since i still could not walk. I give zero stars since they did not have an item that was necessary for me staying here. I would have stayed somewhere else if i knew they did not have one. I never would have been able to walk to my room i was still drugged up from the surgery. The surgery itself made it impossible to walk. Five stars for running out and getting a wheelchair. At least i didn't have to walk out. Three stars for the noise. The third floor accessible room head board wall shook every time someone went into or out of their room and the door slammed. Waking us from our much needed sleep, The headboard banging against the wall and shaking the bed. Rooms were clean. Food from hotel restaurant was okay. Staff was polite but no one actually looked for the wheelchair.
