Mostly everything with this hotel is great. Good rooms, good accommodations, etc.
My only issue is the hot tub has not worked the past couple of times I have stayed here. After a long day of work and flying all the way from Wisconsin, I like my hot tub time. Unfortunately I have not been able to use this hot tub in the 2 years I have stayed at this hotel when traveling. Really wish they could figure this out.

Our expectations were high given that it was part of the Hilton brand and we were disappointed. Main lobby and front desk service were good. The room was pathetic. It was very dim and only had lamps which didn't provide enough lighting. The bathroom had a dank smell; toilet moved when sat on; toilet paper holder was ready to come off the wall; stained towels; no extra toilet paper available. Luckily, we were in a tournament all day and we just needed a place to shower and sleep. We wouldn't book here again.

Rohit and Alex are very professional and real respectful. The rooms are amazing clean and huge! If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)

We are a group of 20 people each having their own room. Horror stories, coming from several people on the state of the rooms.
Problem of cleanliness,
problem with the water pressure in the toilets, problem with the service at the reception and especially security problems.
Example when we arrived, my room was assigned to two different people. After resolving the problem at the reception upon our arrival, they assigned my room key to two other guests from different families arriving later in the evening. These guests realized the assignment error after entering my room while I was sleeping. Next day . The next day when I came back from work, my room key didn't work, and had been deactivated by mistake.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very centrally located to my vacation in the Houston area. there are a ton of restaurants that basically share the parking lot, so tons of options, as well as a large grocery store across the street for all other food needs. When I checked in there was a small group in front of me and it was clear the receptionist was processing guests in as fast as possible to decrease the wait time, i was helped in no time and thought I didn't need anything from the front desk for the rest of my stay they were friendly with a smile as I would come and go day to day. Will stay again when im in the area.
