What made my experience great were the front desk attendants. Kim and Rohit were pleasant and very helpful with all of my requests. They treated me with respect and kindness, as they understood that I was not staying for a vacation but for a family medical emergency. The shuttle service back and forth to the hospital was a plus. I will definitely stay here again when in the area because of them.

A Truly Exceptional Experience – Thank You to Paloma and the Team!
From start to finish, our event at Hilton Garden Inn was nothing short of outstanding! Paloma, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a huge difference in the success of our event.
From the moment we started planning, Paloma was there every step of the way, offering guidance, answering questions, and ensuring everything was tailored to our needs. The venue itself was beautiful and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for our gathering.
Throughout the event, the staff was attentive and efficient, and it was clear that they truly care about their guests. Paloma's efforts in coordinating all the logistics and handling any last-minute adjustments were greatly appreciated and really made us feel at ease.
If you're looking for a venue that not only meets your expectations but exceeds them, Hilton Garden Inn in Sugar Land, Tx is the place to be. Huge thanks to Paloma and the entire team for making our event so memorable!

I'm not really a hotel person, usually I have a hard time sleeping at unknown locations but this one wasn't too bad. The rooms are nice and cold, the bed is huge, two TVs, a nice bathroom, free coffee, free amenities, etc. The one thing I didn't like though was the customer service. They took AGES to come to the room whenever asked for something through the phone (extra blankets, pillows, more coffee pods, cups, etc). More than once we either didn't get what we asked for or we had to go all the way to the front desk to ask for it again (my room was on the 2nd floor all the way at the end). I also didn't like the type of extra blankets they had. I'm not sure if they were just out of the good ones but the one they gave me was absolutely terrible. It's like those fleece blankets that are way too old and have been washed so much that the softness goes away and it's just HARD and ROUGH. I absolutely hated that blanket. Another thing. I was sleeping on the futon (couch that folds out into bed) and there was no pillow or blanket for it. I guess most people sleep on the bed but since there were 3 people in a one bedroom, I'd assume that they'd leave some sort of pillow and blanket for the futon if someone decides to sleep there. It's a shame really, the location is nice and the interior is too but they really gotta up their customer service game.

“Worst Hotel”
I have stayed here on two separate occasions, and each time I was struck by the abysmal quality of customer service. When I requested a towel, the response was often delayed to the point of frustration, and at times, it seemed my request was completely forgotten. I asked for our room to be cleaned on two occasions, but surprisingly, neither request was fulfilled. The state of the room itself left much to be desired—it felt both filthy and outdated. When I reported that the shower handle was broken, maintenance was dispatched, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The maintenance worker struggled with English, which led to a lack of understanding regarding the issue, and he ultimately dismissed it as a non-problem. The reception staff does not seem to grasp the essentials of their role; their lack of attentiveness and poor communication significantly diminishes the overall experience. On one occasion, when I asked for a towel, I was told it would be quicker if I came down to the lobby myself rather than having it brought to my room. This response exemplified the inadequate level of customer care that permeated my visits
The bed is infested with bedbugs, resulting in my children waking up with uncomfortable rashes. Each night, as we settle in, the relentless itching disrupts our sleep and fills the room with a sense of unease. It’s disturbing to see their skin reacting so poorly, making what should be a restful night feel like a restless battle against unseen pests. The overall amount of money spent was not justified.

I had a birthday event held in one of the conference rooms of this hotel, and I can say that the process with the venue booking went very smoothly. Cesar, who
was my point of contact was very efficient and made sure that all I need for the party will be provided on time. He was very responsive to my requests, and was there on the time of the event, ensuring that everything will be on our satisfaction. The food catered by the hotel was delicious and the price was reasonable. Will definitely recommend this place to someone who wants to have a hassle-free, successful and budget-friendly event.
