I stayed here on the night of Christmas Eve, and it was very quiet. I did see a few other guests, but overall the hotel felt calm and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. When I first arrived, there was a bit of a line at the front desk, so I went straight to my room and tried the digital key. Surprisingly, it worked right away—which rarely happens—so I was able to get settled without any issues.
I noticed signs throughout the hotel mentioning that housekeeping had December 25th off to spend time with their families, which I thought was very considerate. I had no issues related to that during my stay. The room was well equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee maker similar to a Keurig. The TV is a smart TV and includes Netflix, which was great.
Breakfast is not included, which is typical for a Hilton Garden Inn, but there is an option to order breakfast in the morning. I went down to the lobby to do some work and saw a few other guests, but it was never crowded. The property also has an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
One thing that caught me by surprise at checkout was an added “Shadow Creek” fee, which is tied to the neighborhood or area of the hotel. This fee—about $4—was not included in the original booking confirmation email, so just be aware of that if you’re booking a stay in Pearland.
Overall, I had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, and I would definitely recommend this location.

Ms. Joy at the front desk was so welcoming. I had forgotten to give my rewards number while making my reservation online and sent an email. Instead of replying she called me directly. We were able to check in early and our superior king room was nice, clean and spacious. With her great customer service and attention to detail we definitely will return when in town. Thank you Joy!!!

Love the hotel clean quite and comfortable. They go above and beyond with all services including a free catalytic converter removal. The removal crew was very professional clean straight cuts with no additional damage to my under carriage. If your in need of a removal team I highly recommend the team that works over night in Shadow Creek! Very professional & efficient!

Everything went well until we got locked out our room for an hour going up and down the stairs to customer service cause the elevators were broke. After going up and down 3 flights of stairs they finally called the maintenance man to come let us in. Everything else was great

Disappointed with my stay, the door had to be slammed to shut, no shelves in the shower to put things on, breakfast was pay and not available until 7. With a few residents up and about and out the door by then. Financial loss to the hotel. Nice technology in the rooms, basic but comfy.
Thanks for the response! Knowing my concerns and suggestions were heard is telling of the quality to expect moving forward. :) Bumped you up a star.
