I would have left five stars but I came there on a business trip and you said you were turning off the water on wednesday. The next day I was deathly ill from traveling and went to go take a shower because I had gotten really sick and sure enough on Thursday to decide to turn off the water without notifying anybody in the hotel. Then later that evening when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come up and try to figure it out then told me it was because the water was off earlier and they didn't heat up the tanks. Poor communication from management. The lady working at the bar during dinner was wonderful and was always on point with my food. Again just poor communication from management. The fact that maintenance even agreed with me on that point really shows that there's lack of communication

I love staying at this hotel, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and the hot tub is just so relaxing!
There's a restaurant & a bar and bot the food and drinks are delicious!
The rooms need an update, but they are doing renovations so once that's done the hotel will be even greater!

Great experience. Clean rooms, helpful staff, perfect location. Marie went above and beyond, to help my team with some last minute changes in our schedule. She is a perfect example of why we keep returning to this hotel.

Nice hotel, but no complimentary breakfast. I believe the breakfast was $15, and you could order from the grill for additional prices. I'm not sure how much. Because this was a premium membership, I didn't see a difference from staying at a BW, Springhills, or Holiday Inn Express. Intodays economy, complimentary breakfast matters.

Not for our family. Housekeeping didn’t service our room after several days, and for a family of four that’s a lot of towels, trash and TP. (Coming in late at night after a long day required us to get towels from front desk). Paying for breakfast with room rate is the way to go because buffet for a child is $15. Otherwise the hotel was quiet and in reasonable shape even furniture and fixtures show some wear.
