Great experience. Clean rooms, helpful staff, perfect location. Marie went above and beyond, to help my team with some last minute changes in our schedule. She is a perfect example of why we keep returning to this hotel.

Not for our family. Housekeeping didn’t service our room after several days, and for a family of four that’s a lot of towels, trash and TP. (Coming in late at night after a long day required us to get towels from front desk). Paying for breakfast with room rate is the way to go because buffet for a child is $15. Otherwise the hotel was quiet and in reasonable shape even furniture and fixtures show some wear.

Been to quite a few Hilton Garden Inn's now and I'd say this one was a bit dirtier than the others. Bathroom had some hair left in the shower and on the floor. You could tell the bathroom floor around the edges hadn't been cleaned in some time. I'd stay here again but definitely going to check other hotels out in the area first to see what's available.

I have stayed at this HGI in Pearland periodically for business over the last several years. For the most part, the hotel is your standard HGI with same amenities. However, something odd changed since my last stay that was actually so intrusive and controlling over my comfort as a guest that I will never stay at this hotel...again. What is this thing that changed my view so drastically? It is the fact that they now force guests to cowtow to their environmental dogma that guests are ruining the environment if they want the temperature in their room lower than 68°. So it doesn't matter to the franchise owner of this hotel that the location is situated a oppressively hot and humid geographical region of the country. Not only did the A/C limit you to 68° and a moderately warm day with 95% humidity, but the fan would only run for a few minutes and then cut off. I was constantly having to get out of bed and push the A/C button which seemed to kick on for a short minute or two but then would stop. Rinse and repeat all night long. When I called the front desk and asked why I can't lower the temp under 68° I found out that the owner made a decision to restrict guests from having that much control over the A/C because they are an eco-friendly hotel. Apparently, I had stayed at a horrible un-eco-friendly hotel a few month earlier when I had the ability to lower the A/C to 65° so I could sleep comfortably. This may not matter to some people, but it's a deal breaker for me when traveling in one of the most humid places in America. I also ran into this same scenario at a stay at a Homewood Suites in Cupertino, CA. Been a Diamond member for 10+ years and have made a decision to explore Marriott Bonvoy. Hope they don't do the same BS at their properties.

Very loud AC Unit but did the job. Coffee pot was broken but housekeeping replaced immediately.
