Location good for near airport for the night. Car was safe , however there was a storm a few hours before and we checked in after 11pm. Room was good except we found hair in the shower. The bed was comfy. They do not offer free water unfortunately Fitness room great The front desk is very efficient and friendly. Evening and morning staff There is a small lounge and restaurant with a happy hour. We arrive too late to comment on the food or service there.

Room was decent, however for it to be a Hilton I have to say my worst stay and experience ever. From the check in being horrible to the ever poor service of the general manager Lisa Rinker- Quesada provided very poor service. Room never got cleaned while gone all day. A the so call bar they have is a joke don't waste your time or money. The poor breakfast yeah keep your 10.00 and go around the corner and grab you some breakfast you will for sure be better off.

When I checked into my room, there was no hair dryer. When I asked the front desk, the lady rudely said she didn’t have a key to the room where they are kept, all while she continued eating her food. I understand people have to eat, but talking to me with her mouth full was incredibly disrespectful. I also needed house cleaning because the sink and shower were filthy, with pubic hair and some unidentified gunk in the sink. It was 4:00 PM, and house cleaning was already gone, so I had no other option. I took a picture of the washcloth I used and of the closet where I found what I’m pretty sure is cocaine lined up. How does this hotel not notice drugs in the closet and pubic hair in the shower? It’s infuriating. When I asked for the manager, the front desk lady said her name was Lisa, but claimed she wouldn’t care. I then asked who Lisa’s boss was, and she said Jeremiah, but added he wouldn’t care either. She said they would just say sorry and hope I give the hotel another chance. I told her all I wanted was my room cleaned and a hair dryer. She pointed to the lobby door and sarcastically suggested I go to Walmart down the road. So, I had to go buy bathroom cleaner and clean my own bathroom. When I walked back into the lobby with my cleaning supplies, she laughed, rolled her eyes, and walked into the back. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

One of the best stays in the worst of situations. My family & our dog came here because we did not know when our lights would be back on. The front desk was soo patient and helpful. They accommodate our 52 lb standard poodle and the price was not bad. They are a FEMA approved site but it was not working but the associates worked very hard to figure it out. The room was very clean with very comfy beds. We got settled in quickly. It is centrally located near the interstate and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. It is well lit and we felt quite safe.

Fridge didn’t work, blinds didn’t work, bed was not comfortable as I woke up in pain twice, no free breakfast (12.99 for a crappy breakfast served by a women with a lot of attitude for so early in the morning), not in a great location, blinking green light in room all night, customer service not great as they told us they didn’t have a room to move us to when we discovered the fridge wasn’t working but then when we complained to Hotwire so the hotel told them we declined moving rooms even though that wasn’t true. Also our keys did not work to open front door at night so anytime going out and back in we had to get on a phone and then wait for an employee to come open the front door of the hotel for us and they never offered to replace keys or try to fix that situation, Oh and the pool/spa was dirty so couldn’t use it. DO NOT STAY HERE! Better options at better prices.
