    Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience! If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! My stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The management team is completely unresponsive and fails to follow up on even the most basic requests. I reported an issue with the AC in my room twice at the front desk and even responded to a follow-up text from them—yet nothing was done. No updates, no resolution, just silence. For someone who spends approximately 175 nights a year in hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, unresponsive staff, and a complete lack of accountability. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

    The desk clerk was very nice and kept working to check us in, in spite of the computer being locked up. She had to restart the system to get it working again and never lost her cool. I was impressed with the attitude of all the staff; they seemed to take pride in doing their work and were polite to all I witnessed. The breakfast area was well kept and inviting. Would suggest providing cocoa mixes or apple cider mixes as an alternative to coffee this time of year.

    One of the best Hampton I’ve been to. Very clean. Only issue is if you have multi night stay, your card key is only valid till next day and needs to be renewed daily and the digital one doesn’t work either. Also the shower doors don’t stay closed. Very inconvenient.

    I had a horrible experience on NYE. Three top floors got locked out. I have a medical condition and couldn't take my medication due to locked out. Around 3 :30 am owner gave me another room and assured that they will issue a refund at checkout. Front desk lied at checkout. No credit issued for a week. I called Hilton, they called hotel and finally processed refund. By the way, breakfast is horrible too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. They are disgrace on Hilton's brand

    The hotel was clean & had free continental breakfast from 6-10 AM. Rooms were well-equipped too. The only downside was the A/C unit in room got either too cold or too hot, couldn't get a steady comfortable temp.
