    I unfortunately have to leave a review. I’ve attempted contact with the manager since the 4th of March for a night I didn’t stay asking for help with a refund. I called the day of two cancelled flights asking if they could change my reservation as I wouldn’t be arriving until the next day. When I arrived the next day they assured me it would be taken care of but gave the managers card. I asked on the way out and they also assured me it would be taken care of, that the manager Cheriee would take care of the night I didn’t stay. I emailed the manager but didn’t get a response, I’ve since emailed 2 more times and called, left a voicemail to no response and still no refund. I’ve stayed in 6 Hilton’s this year and can’t imagine why they won’t take care of a night I couldn’t stay? Otherwise the rooms are fine, beds are very firm and not comfortable, property is well kept and the front desk personnel are nice.

    The desk clerk was very nice and kept working to check us in, in spite of the computer being locked up. She had to restart the system to get it working again and never lost her cool. I was impressed with the attitude of all the staff; they seemed to take pride in doing their work and were polite to all I witnessed. The breakfast area was well kept and inviting. Would suggest providing cocoa mixes or apple cider mixes as an alternative to coffee this time of year.

    The hotel was clean & had free continental breakfast from 6-10 AM. Rooms were well-equipped too. The only downside was the A/C unit in room got either too cold or too hot, couldn't get a steady comfortable temp.

    Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience! If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! My stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The management team is completely unresponsive and fails to follow up on even the most basic requests. I reported an issue with the AC in my room twice at the front desk and even responded to a follow-up text from them—yet nothing was done. No updates, no resolution, just silence. For someone who spends approximately 175 nights a year in hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, unresponsive staff, and a complete lack of accountability. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience with the Hampton Inn Sugarland by Hilton. I was charged TWICE for my room, and despite weeks of trying to get this resolved, I’m still out my money. I’ve called the hotel repeatedly, and every single time, I’m told that the manager will call me back. Guess what? The manager is never there, and I’ve never received a single call. Hilton’s customer service was no better—they just kept telling me to wait on the manager or, unbelievably, to go dispute the charge with my bank if I can’t wait. Why should I have to go through the headache of filing a dispute with my bank for something that’s clearly Hilton’s fault? And what’s worse, this process could potentially impact my credit. It’s outrageous that a company like Hilton would let their customers deal with this kind of incompetence. This hotel is a disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. If this is how they handle their customers, they don’t deserve your business.
