My bride had a wedding here and it was immaculate!
Customer service was amazing and they were sure to answer any questions in which we had. Not only did we have a wedding here but also had many individuals that booked room and they all had the same expressed feeling. The hotel was amazing!
The owner and Juan were very attentive to details throughout our stay and event! They made sure that all questions were answered and there were no loose ends.
Juan even walked the guest out to their cars being that it was at night. I’d highly recommend this hotel for both stay and event services

We are Hilton Honors members that have been staying in Hilton properties back and forth across the country- have always been offered water. Here we were told that was only for gold and diamons members.
Room was clean but arranged oddly with tv facing a wall- not the bed. And there was not a sofa.
I like that you don't get housekeeping service every day- but larger trash cans in the rooms would be helpful.
Good location-easy on and off the highway and many restaurants within 5-15 minutes.

We love Hampton Inn. Great price, service and overall experience. This time, however, we were disappointed. We had a four night stay. 1 . On night one, we discovered that the tub leaked. I had to stuff towels against the front right corner of the tub to keep from flooding the bathroom. I told the front desk about the following morning. Notes were taken, but we weren't offered a different room (they weren't full by any means). We had to resort to "sponge baths" for the remainder of our stay. 2. There was no WiFi on our floor. I notified the front desk. It never got fixed. 3. Because of the Wifi situation, I went to use the advertised "business center", only to find out that neither of the two computers were operational. One flashed a message stating that it was "temporarily unavailable" while the other showed a message stating "No operating system found". 3. Since this particular hotel doesn't provide decaf coffee in the dining area, I made it in my room. The issue I had was trying to communicate/request more decaf coffee packets and am extra vlanket from the maids, as none spoke English.
We will continue to stay a Hilton hotels. We were just disappointed in this stay.

I unfortunately have to leave a review. I’ve attempted contact with the manager since the 4th of March for a night I didn’t stay asking for help with a refund. I called the day of two cancelled flights asking if they could change my reservation as I wouldn’t be arriving until the next day. When I arrived the next day they assured me it would be taken care of but gave the managers card. I asked on the way out and they also assured me it would be taken care of, that the manager Cheriee would take care of the night I didn’t stay. I emailed the manager but didn’t get a response, I’ve since emailed 2 more times and called, left a voicemail to no response and still no refund. I’ve stayed in 6 Hilton’s this year and can’t imagine why they won’t take care of a night I couldn’t stay? Otherwise the rooms are fine, beds are very firm and not comfortable, property is well kept and the front desk personnel are nice.

The desk clerk was very nice and kept working to check us in, in spite of the computer being locked up. She had to restart the system to get it working again and never lost her cool. I was impressed with the attitude of all the staff; they seemed to take pride in doing their work and were polite to all I witnessed. The breakfast area was well kept and inviting. Would suggest providing cocoa mixes or apple cider mixes as an alternative to coffee this time of year.
