Elevator call button broken. COLD shower, not even lukewarm warm. TV, far away from the bed on a sagging wall bracket and only a stiff armchair to sit in. The staff was attentive and the room was clean. But if you're the kind of person that likes to brush your teeth, you'll need to stick your head in the sink because there are no water cups. The bed was comfortable so I slept well.

Rooms are clean enough but they lack standard amenities like a mini fridge...which is weird because they literally have a cabinet for it. It seems they just cheaped out whenever they furnished this place.
Being that there are a plethora of other options in the immediate area, I'd recommend staying somewhere else. I often travel to Pasadena for a week at a time and being without something as basic as a refrigerator for that long is very inconvenient.
I definitely will not be back.

I stayed here recently for a week. When I arrived, I asked for 10-15 hangers and was told they only had 5. I asked for daily housekeeping which didn't happen. Housekeepers left a cleaning rag in my room on one day. I tried the faster internet over multiple days on multiple devices and saw no improvements. I asked for a refund of the faster internet and was told it was taken care of, but still charged on my folio. HVAC is loud when it turns on. 1 Elevator doesn't work and the white font on the working one or the hallway elevator buttons, looks like a bad White-Out job. I spoke to an assistant manager upon check-out asking for a manager to call me which never happened. Poor service here and better options in the area. Not a great HHonors experience at all. This was very disappointing.

Came into Houston for professional career training. This is the hotel the company had used for me before. Last time I was able to get a suite but was unable to this time due to last minute travel arraignments. I went out to eat for dinner and brought leftovers back to my room for dinner the following day. Unbelievably a double queen room has no mini fridge or microwave. This may not be a deal breaker for some, but when your trapped at the hotel for a few days it does make a difference! Especially if you're a budget minded traveler. There's better options in town that don't cut corners so they can force you into a higher priced room!

No double bed queen suite. Read the list of amenities before you reserve a room. The king suite has a refrigerator and microwave the others do not, plan accordingly. Clean rooms but cleaning schedule not consistent. One day room was cleaned before noon the
next day dirty towels and trash still in the room at 200pm. The breakfast area was clean. Great location. For the price I expect more than just a clean hotel.
