The location is good (lots of stuff in the area), however that's about the high note for this review. The staff seemed limited and the staff didn't seem friendly or quick to help. The breakfast left much to be desired and seemed limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently. My room seemed a little bit on the older side and it looked like something from a resort in the 60s. The room also felt damp (like it needed a dehumidifier). One perk is that the a/c is controlled on the wall via thermostat, and you can place the fan as "on", so you have the constant white noise at night. The phone in my room was slightly damaged and I couldn't even use most of the functions (direct line to the front desk or wake up call). I had to call using my cellphone to the front desk to setup a wake up call for 5:50. At 5:36 my phone rang and the message stated that "this function is not available" and then hung up on me. Nothing like getting up before you intended alarm. Sadly, not my worst experience, but far from a great stay.

It's amazing this place has 5 stars. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I travel for work frequently and am very well versed with Hilton hotels. This hotel is very dated. No fridges in the room. Of course I didn't realize this until I had leftovers and went looking for it. The morning I checked out, I had someone knock on my door twice (before check out time) to ask when I was checking out. One of the times I was actually IN THE SHOWER and had to get out because I was scared because someone was going to barge in. I answered the door in my towel and a guy was standing there with the cleaning crew (granted, this was 2 hours before check out). I did let the front desk know that this was unacceptable and I was not happy with my stay. I won't be staying here again. Also, what hotel doesn't have a fridge? It's 2024, I feel like that should be a necessity.

The hotel was nice .. The little interaction I had with staff was excellent. My only complaint is with management. The waffles are the main dish that customers look forward to with breakfast, having syrup should never be an issue. I went down at 9 am and you had a lil sugar free syrup left and no regular. When I asked for another bottle you were out .. WHY? The next morning I went down at 8 you were completely out of both . Ridiculous! That’s a management problem.. Get it together.. The breakfast is included in the stay please have everything needed to enjoy it..Why are you not stocked with syrup?? Why are you using bottles and not packets anyway??

Great all the way, service, large and confortable room. Breakfast could be a little be of a originality, better than any regular hotel, a taxi ordering at the front desk also. Personal are the reception was very good.
