Beautiful service at this hotel. So many amenities to apply. First, the jacuzzi was for the fun. Second, breakfast was so warm and tasty. We enjoyed staying in the area, too.

I love this this place! This is my favorite Hotel anywhere! The staff, location and amenities are amazing. I grew up in Pasadena but moved away several years ago. I come visit frequently. This is a great place in a great city!

Just an FYI stay was nice as there renovating but there double bed room's will possibly not come with MINI FRIDGE & MICROWAVE... WHO does that after updating room's.. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️.
Won't work for us on the next stay!!

Clean and decent. The a/c unit was extremely noisy. Sounded like. Freight train was coming through anytime it came on. Made for restless sleep.

The location is good (lots of stuff in the area), however that's about the high note for this review. The staff seemed limited and the staff didn't seem friendly or quick to help. The breakfast left much to be desired and seemed limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently. My room seemed a little bit on the older side and it looked like something from a resort in the 60s. The room also felt damp (like it needed a dehumidifier). One perk is that the a/c is controlled on the wall via thermostat, and you can place the fan as "on", so you have the constant white noise at night. The phone in my room was slightly damaged and I couldn't even use most of the functions (direct line to the front desk or wake up call). I had to call using my cellphone to the front desk to setup a wake up call for 5:50. At 5:36 my phone rang and the message stated that "this function is not available" and then hung up on me. Nothing like getting up before you intended alarm. Sadly, not my worst experience, but far from a great stay.
