Chris at the front desk hooked me up big time with a couple toiletries I’d forgotten! Went to room and it’s spacious, clean and tidy, per Hampton’s usual. Great coffee and breakfast w a powerful shower and lots on their 40” flatscreen in my room!

Honestly i would highly recommend stay here. Everyone was smiling, pleasant and welcoming. Assisted with upgraded rooms. Front desk helped get food and drinks a little after breakfast was closed (good by way). Room had all the amenities. Gym n pools were operating. Very satisfied here.

We stayed at this hotel before taking a cruise out of Galveston. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Overall, a great place to stay. Reuben at the front desk was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Also in the morning he greeted us with a happy smile and impressively remembered our names. Well done to everyone.

The place is clean and staff are friendly. The hotel was recommended by MD Anderson as a convenient spot as it’s located next door to the League City campus where appointments were scheduled.
However, when arriving after dinner there were ZERO parking spots available. This was due to multiple electric truck vehicles parking sideways across 3-5 spots each. There were at least 5 vehicles doing this. The front desk said they were aware and suggested we park in the lot of the neighboring hotel. The poor girl was left to deal with ill-mannered, selfish acts of these guys. She even offered to move her car so we could have the spot. So sweet.
To have to suggest that someone undergoing treatment for cancer (the person I was with) park next door especially when referred to this property by MDA is terrible. Not the fault of the person working the desk. The hotel should have a policy about oversized vehicles and where they should park so there’s ample spots for all guests.
To be fair, we would want the guys in the construction company trucks to have parking spots too as guests, but it’s ridiculous to bring their trailers and take spots from other guests.

We found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. clean, The Continental breakfast buffet was tasty with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool had a disability lift with chair. The location was perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
