This place is the worst. Got there at 330pm to check in and they gave our room away to the person in front of us. We had reserved this room over 6 months prior and the customer in front was a walk in. The room was booked by my husband, who is a travel agent, and they were none too friendly nor did they attempt to make it right.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR BOOKINGS IF BOOKED BY A TRAVEL AGENT OR A TRAVEL WEBSITE LIKE EXPEDIA OR OTHERWISE.
Please beware of this hotel. Very shady mangers and owners.

Right when you walk in to this Hampton Inn in League City. You can the warm and the very friendly staffs including the manager and the room service staff. I love everything about this Hampton Inn. GREAT PRICE, VERY CLEAN ROOM, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👏👏👏👍👍👍 I will be back soon with my family and friends. I appreciate your hospitality. GREAT 👍 JOB💯💯💯🫶🫶🫶

My room was clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. My view overlooks the pool and the city. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The gym was clean and had enough equipment for work out. The staff service was superb.

Nice hotel with great and friendly associates. I really appreciated Edna’s help! She was so sweet with my daughter and went above and beyond at the front desk. The rooms were clean and the view of the little pond was nice.
