I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on June 22, 2026. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
I would especially like to recognize the receptionist, who I believe was named Alyssa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She is an outstanding representative of the hotel and provided exceptional customer service.
Employees like Alyssa make a huge difference in the guest experience. Thank you for such a warm welcome. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were especially kind and thoughtful as we navigated a nearby surgery for our three year old, which meant so much to our family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for a quick and easy start to the day.

Sparkle and Edna at the front desk were amazing today! Our A/C went out at home and we needed a nice, comfortable place to stay for the day. Both Sparkle and Edna were so accommodating, going above and beyond to help us feel at peace and get us settled. Thank you for you amazing hospitality!

Great customer service! Our room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location with lots of good restaurants to choose from. We stay here the night before cruising out of Galveston.

Great location. Staff are friendly and great at what they do. Not far from Galveston, Kemah and Houston. Very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It books up fast during hollidays and around school events. It's new enough the hotel doesn't have the classic humid smell that many hotels have in the area. Its clean, crisp, and very pleasant.
