My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hampton Inn! We have stayed numerous times and it never lets us down. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Ms. Shannon and Jason truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they genuinely make this hotel stand out from the rest.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire property is very well maintained. One thing that really stood out to me was how safe and clean the hotel grounds are — you can tell the staff takes great pride in creating a secure and pleasant environment for guests.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, a spotless hotel, and a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. I will definitely be returning!

Just finished a two night stay at the property. We always stay here when we have to overnight in Houston. This was probably our 10th stay here. Rooms are always nice and clean as is the entire property including the breakfast area. Breakfast is good too. A big draw is the location and secure free parking.
Special shout out to Jason at the front desk. We were not arriving until after 8pm but a colleague was dropping off a package in the afternoon. I called and spoke to Jason and gave him a heads up, he said he would handle it and would be on duty when we arrived. My colleague texted me after he dropped off the package and said Jason was waiting for it. Flawless handoff. Jason checked us in around 8:30 pm and was very nice, friendly and efficient. Jason is a great ambassador for the Hilton/Hampton Inn brand and started off our stay on a positive note. 5 ⭐️

I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
The property itself felt safe and secure, which is always a big plus when traveling. I also appreciated the decent gym and the indoor pool—both were well-kept and a nice bonus during my stay. The free breakfast was convenient and had a good variety to start the day off right.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. It’s close to downtown with easy access to plenty of restaurants and things to do. If you’re traveling with a pet, this is a great option—the hotel is very accommodating and pet-friendly.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it!

I’ve been staying here regularly for work, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back — this place is truly exceptional! The hotel itself is great, but the real magic is the staff. Sonya, Shannon, and Kayla are absolute superstars. They don’t just provide good service; they deliver the kind of warmth, professionalism, and care that turns an ordinary stay into a five‑star experience. They consistently go above and beyond, and they’re a huge part of why this hotel stands out. I can’t recommend this place enough! That’s why I have come back time and time again for 10 years to this location.

I'll start with the good stuff. Staff is great. Internet is blazing and for a person who wor from the road internet is a must. If you need a place to work they have plenty of nooks and electric plugs to work. And I'm not sure how old the hotel is but it feel either newish or recently refurbished
The negatives, the room AC wouldn't go below 72 and it felt warmer than that. When I tried to call down to the front desk my phone didn't work. But the weirdest part is that the hotel sits BEHIND a restaurant. There is no easy access to it. It's actually in a sweet location but with really terrible access to it.
