Stayed at this hotel for 2 days/nights for a concert. 100% great stay, no complaints whatsoever. The room was clean and cool, there is gated parking, the breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. The sweet lady (I forgot her name :/ ) that does the breakfast was so helpful and nice, and works so hard to keep everything tidy and make such a good breakfast (two kinds of eggs, sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, two kinds of potatoes, cereal, 3 bread options, fresh cut fruit, etc. all prepared by this lady), and unlike other places I've stayed, breakfast actually went until 10 a.m. -- not 9:40 or 9:45 a.m. Ten. She even offered to get us anything if there was something we needed at 2 minutes til.
Parking is a bit difficult to find the entrance to the first time, but once you figure it out, it's fine.
Will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent hotel with daily housekeeping. Very clean, friendly staff. Pretty nice free breakfast including greek yogurt and biscuits and gravy. Free coffee and tea all day. Gym was pretty nice. Parking was easy and many spots available. Looks like they have a security guard outside so the car is safe unlike other similar priced hotels.. rather stay here than have my wheels stolen somewhere else. Overall easily 5/5.

Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The room, hallways, and elevator always smelled fresh. I also like that the hotel was gated. They had great free buffet-style breakfast with omelets, biscuits, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, juices etc. Overall, the hotel was very clean.

This is a very clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel.
Also, I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful.
It is evident that the management makes a great effort at cleanliness and customer service.
The free/complimentary breakfast buffet was well stocked, and included cheese omelets, oatmeal, a waffle maker, various cereals, pastries, orange juice, etc.
The coffee was delicious and was available on a self-serve cart, in the morning and throughout the day as well.
My room was on the 'train side' of the hotel, but I did not find the sound of the occasional/periodic train passing by to be a bother. It was just a periodic mild hum in the background, which I easily got accustomed to, and which did not disturb nor prevent my sleep at all.
I found the location of the hotel to be convenient for the places I came to visit, both in Katy and downtown Houston. Also, I enjoyed being able to take a jog in the nearby Memorial Park, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

I just came for breakfast. This is the best breakfast you can get in Houston! The Western omelette and potatoes taste like you just came over your grandma’s house! They have a waffle bar. Everything was fully stocked and fresh. Thank you:)
