I enjoyed my stay! Great location (15 mins drive to Downtown). Hotel newly renovated. Great breakfast. Great customer service!! Comfortable bed ( I slept like a baby). Quiet no matter busy location (near interstate and railway). Gated parking was a cherry on the top!

My first time staying at this hotel and I was really impressed! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the whole place felt well organized. I loved that it’s a gated hotel, so I felt my vehicle was safe. The location is perfect — close to restaurants and shopping stores. The gym is open 24/7, and the indoor pool was a great bonus! The free breakfast was delicious too. Overall, an amazing experience — I’ll definitely stay here again!

I don't know why this place is rated so highly, even for a Hampton Inn at this rate.
First off, the whole situation of entering the property by car where you first have to navigate the tight and chaotic parking lot of a nightclub before you can even pull up to the hotel is something else. The thought of having to deal with club patrons who've been drinking in a parking lot like that is crazy and meant that I was pretty much not going anywhere for the evening just so that I didn't have to deal with that mess.
Thin walls. The room shook a lot.
Next was the room. Whenever I'd walk in, the smell of heavy Febreez would smack me in the face. Awful.
The light bulbs in the room were all the wrong color temperature and strength. They were a blinding bright white that made it feel more like a surgery clinic than a hotel room.
The pillows weren't good, but not the worst. They were thick enough and could be fluffed, but very lumpy.
The breakfast terrible. Everything was bland. The fruit was like it had been cut several days ago, so it was soggy, mushy, and not tasty. Awful.
I hear that it used to be better, but it's gone down hill.
Terrible value.

Just hosted a birthday celebration in one of the banquet rooms. The attentiveness of the staff and willingness to ensure that we were accommodated was awesome. They allowed us to create a very special moment for our guest of honor and his guest. We will definitely reserve and host at this location again. Thank you

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days/nights for a concert. 100% great stay, no complaints whatsoever. The room was clean and cool, there is gated parking, the breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. The sweet lady (I forgot her name :/ ) that does the breakfast was so helpful and nice, and works so hard to keep everything tidy and make such a good breakfast (two kinds of eggs, sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, two kinds of potatoes, cereal, 3 bread options, fresh cut fruit, etc. all prepared by this lady), and unlike other places I've stayed, breakfast actually went until 10 a.m. -- not 9:40 or 9:45 a.m. Ten. She even offered to get us anything if there was something we needed at 2 minutes til.
Parking is a bit difficult to find the entrance to the first time, but once you figure it out, it's fine.
Will definitely stay again in the future.
