Had a great say, rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast was great, thanks! Only tiny issue, was getting in and out of the road to parking. Not the hotel fault at all. But the Mexican place next door was so busy it took 10min to get in and out of hotel parking. However, there is a side gate to exit that we found too late.

This was my first time at Hampton and my experience was horrific is a understatement. When I first walked into hotel the automatic sliding door was closed we had to wait for someone to walk in to get in to check in. We checked in and gentlemen at the counter was fairly nice.
Everything that comes next is straight out of a horror movie. As we went up to our room we had to take the elevator of course just like any other hotel. While getting on elevator going up to our room our elevator was broken. We could not get out nor would the elevator door would open. We waited 5 minutes and it felt like eternity especially when there was no way to get out. We had to call for emergency call. While on the call another 3 minutes has passed and the elevator door finally opened. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like this and I was just thinking well it can’t get any worse than this.
As we headed into our room we noticed off the back that we got a handicap room. We did not request for a handicap room. I have no idea how we ended up getting one. Upon looking around in the room I find a baby bottle under the bed, a pink sock on the top of the bed and sheets dirty still and stained and towels that are extremely dirty still. I’ve never experienced anything so horrific in my life. There was also no shampoo or conditioner in the room!! I will attach photos below of everything.
Overall this was so eerie and disgusting. I will absolutely never in my life stay at a Hampton in hotel again. Like I stated at the beginning this hotel is beyond horrific it was horrid!!

We can't say enough great things about this place especially about the staff very friendly very comforting atmosphere and the kids absolutely loved it here and really enjoyed the pool and our room was amazing also cleaned and prepared very quickly... Highly recommended... Just don't pass the entrance like we did . Turn into Denny's there is a sign for the hotel but we didn't realize where the turn was so the turn you need to make is in front of the sign. Don't miss it or you'll have to find your way back and try again...

Overall fine stay in a very updated property, possibly new I have no idea. If you are sensitive to highway noise be careful picking your room. Didn't bother me but could bother others. Couple hairs on the back of the bathroom door and no caffeinated coffee in my room but plenty of hot coffee in the lobby.

Please teach your top security lady with the curly hair some customer service skills. This lady didnt question no one else in this parking lot but the moment I exit my vehicle, she approached me, rude as hell.
I was here for an event, regardless if I was a guest or not, you dont get to catch an attitude. You will get it back in return from me.
