This is our new favorite hotel to spend the weekend when visiting family in Manvel. It’s conveniently located for us, rooms are clean (I appreciate there are no carpets in the room and the floor is clean), and the front desk lady is the best! She always greets us kindly and finds ways to make our stay the best

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Pearland with our entire stock show crew for a week and a half, and they were absolute saints the whole time. If you know stock show life, then you already know we were tracking in shavings, dust, and just a light layer of barn chaos from the Houston show barn every single day, and not once did anyone make us feel like a nuisance.
Breakfast was solid every morning with plenty of choices, which definitely matters when you are surviving on stock show hours and sheer determination. I also brought my dog, and they are truly dog friendly. Not fake “sure, bring your dog” friendly — actually friendly. They have a big area of real grass for potty breaks, and it is fully stocked with poop bags and trash cans, which honestly deserves a standing ovation. The parking lot setup with the steakhouse next door also makes for a great walking loop when your dog needs exercise or you need to go make a few stress laps yourself.
Big shoutout to Donna at the front desk, who was so friendly and beyond helpful anytime I needed anything. Also shoutout to Sandra, who was there in the mornings helping with breakfast and keeping our rooms clean. There is just something about being greeted with a friendly smile in the middle of stock show week that makes life feel a little less feral.
Yes, they were doing renovations while we were there, but it was handled really well and did not affect our stay. It was not intrusive, and the hotel had signs posted everywhere letting guests know exactly what was going on, including reminders to keep the shades closed while windows were being cleaned or painted. I appreciated that a lot because nobody likes surprise construction chaos.
Overall, this place was a great fit for our crew. Friendly staff, good breakfast, genuinely dog friendly, and very accommodating even with a whole bunch of stock show people rolling in and out covered in barn glitter. See you all next year.

Services that ONLY care about maximizing profits by cutting corners. Had black mold in room too, which I had to bring to their attention many times during my stay. All they care about is your money and how quick they can have it. Choose other places if you can.

Family event to stay the night, Hotel is under Major Construction. Scaffles on sides, men working at 6:00 pm on a Friday Evening. Major Liability and very UNSAFE! Manager on Duty was very Rude, told us rooms are fine and she didn’t care who we are we were not getting any type of refund. Not a place to stay! Close down until Outside is Finished! Hilton Do Better.

Stayed for two nights in September 2025. Staff were very accommodating—I requested early check-in due to a morning flight, and they set up my room and digital key right away. The Hilton app made check-in/out smooth. Room was clean and quiet, even though it was next to the elevator. The Holy Bible in the room provided a sense of companionship during my time alone. Breakfast was average; could’ve been warmer. Plenty of parking. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in Pearland.
