Marc was very warm and welcoming upon arrival and made the check in as smooth as possible. He even text and followed up to see how we like the room and if we enjoyed the stay. Definitely went above and beyond. This location is near lots of food and shopping within 5 miles. Fuel station directly across the street and plenty of door dash options in the area for non drivers.

The absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. The night front desk gentleman was so unprofessional, rude and should not be working in customer service. He was not alone rude to me but 2 other guest that came in before & after me. I would never stay at this hotel again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Room wasn’t bad but the way I was treated ruined my whole business trip.

Here for business. Friend has his truck stolen. Rooms were okay. I could never get them to refill my conditioner. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Not a safe place after the watching the video of the truck being stolen. There were guys with rifles and pistols using high tech gadgets to steal the truck!

The room was spacious and just what we needed for the weekend. We were grateful it had a refrigerator and microwave The location was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. My only complaint is our bathroom wasn’t that clean.

Listen I just stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. But, before I get started this was my true opinion about this particular hotel and the two days I stayed there. The first day I walked in the hotel smelled good.The staff that was on duty was very professional doing my check in. My room was ready and I went straight up to the second floor room 219 walked in and the room was so clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh also. So as my day went on a notice that every shift that was on very courteous. The staff, housekeeping, and even the breakfast lady was all kind and very professional. During my stay I felt safe and taken care of which made my stay there very comfortable. By the way, I slept so good there and the air conditioning was blowing perfect. Now this is my experience when I stayed there, But I was shock when I read others that gave this hotel a bad rating. My stay was great there and I hope they keep up the good work.
