She not only explained the process and the pricing but also mentioned that the owner generously offered to do the service free of charge.
The very next morning, their head plumber, Larry, arrived to complete the job. He was extremely polite, communicative, and professional. Larry explained everything he was doing, gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and even identified a leak on the center point side, ensuring I could address it properly.
Overall, the service was exceptional from start to finish, and I highly recommend Rodio Luxury for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail!

Great service initially. Got my water heater installed next day after contacting them. They showed up on time and recommended a good electrician fix another issue. The reason for 3 stars is that my old water has been on my porch for a week. We have contacted the company 3 times to remove the old one (a service that was said to be part of the payment) reach time they said they would be there that evening to remove it. Now I am going to have to haul out of myself to avoid fines for it being on my front porch, where the installer left it.

I called Larry about noticing a leak in my water heater and told him it looked in pretty bad shape. He said, "I will be there in 30 minutes". I couldn't even believe he was going to come take a look in that short amount of time after calling him. Sure enough, Larry came to the rescue, looked at my water heater, gave me a quick estimate and told me he was going to do the best job possible. After I agreed on his quote he said, "I can will actually do it today, because I think your water heater looks that bad and I want to help you out and take care of you".
A few hours later, he came with a new water heater, installed it with his crew within 2 hours and it was all done! if you're thinking about hiring someone to help you with a water heater or plumbing, look no further. Larry will take care of you!
