Terrible place! Don't stay here. Our story... we came in late around 9pm-ish. Got our key and when we reached the hall to our room we were met with 3 yellow caution stands because of standing water. It was a flood. Walked through the water to get to our room and the room had not been cleaned! Apparently the whole floor was blocked off and rooms were not cleaned well. Stains on the sheets, mold in the toilet, a dead roach in the shower/tub. Just did not look like it was prepared for the next guests.
We immediately went back down and waited for about 30-40 minutes for our turn, and then asked for another room. They said they had no other rooms, so we asked for a refund and the front desk attendant said you should get a refund but that he could not get give. He said only manager can give it.
We went to another hotel that night.
After working through Hotels.com and hotels.com contacting them for over a week, the manager just said "no" refund.
Never stay here. You will regret it.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The staff employees I encountered were friendly. Destiny at the front desk greeted with a smile and was very friendly and Bobby the maintenance guy was very respectful. My door lock wouldn’t work and he fixed it right away. But as for the rooms Curtains were stained and had burn holes, ashes in the closet, floor was disgusting and mirror was filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned it looked like someone had spit in the tub and they just left it there like that. There were roaches everywhere. I also saw what appeared to be blood stains on the ceiling. There was black mold on the curtains above the A/C unit. I requested for a refund, but they declined. The elevator and hallway had a smoke/weed smell, stains on everything in the room. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed and cigarettes. The pull out sofa bed was dirty and the couch itself was stained , torn and smelled. The bed skirts was filthy. Definitely does not deserve the Wyndham label

This is more of a traphouse than a hotel. Full of druggies. Very unsafe. If for some reason you have to stay here, Refuse any room on the second floor. It stinks there.
Room is filthy. Mold authoritatively grows on everything. The floor is nasty. Owner does not care anymore. But really, don't go there. There are several other actual hotels.

There's an extensive odor of fresh paint for the room that I was assigned to on the second floor and this causes me to aerating it by opening the window. Besides this problem has no sound and the movement of the video is more like 3 frames a second very slow. Furthermore the sofa has two giant holes on it and makes it look like somebody was destroying it on purpose. The floor seems to be a little sticky. All across the USA every time I see an Indian desk clerk my heart stops a few seconds because when I get into the room is always in bad condition. This means the Indian owner is camping on cleaning and or replacing needed items. I'm giving it to out of five stars because of all these shortcomings. My niece would even give it a lower rating at one star.
