I’m familiar with the area. I needed a getaway room for a couple of days. I ended up not even spending a full hour here. The place is filthy from start to finish. I saw two roaches, mildew on the curtains, stained windows and curtains with some weird brown substance. I also saw fresh blood on the sheets. Do not stay here if you respect yourself. I didn’t even take my shoes off.

Location is good, but service was the worst. We got there a/c in the lobby was off. Once they took me to my room it was hot, smelled musty, mold on the walls, curtains dirty with nicotine.
I asked for a different room (just tried to give it the benefit of the doubt) second room was even worse. Maintenance guy told us all rooms have mold and he told the front desk person that second room was already booked! They don’t give you a key card for your room you will have to get the front desk person in order to get to your room! There was a pork chop in a plate on the floor, and hallways smelled like pot.
Front desk person lied about giving a discount, had to get in touch with Expedia to get a full refund. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Came to Houston to work and this is the only motel I found with availability, I made my reservation online.
I drove 55 min to get here and I am so glad I got a room to sleep.
However there's no electricity and they don't even offer a discount. I wasn't going to let my money go to waste. So I ended up staying here.
I think they should let people know about any issues with the facility before reserving any room with a non refundable deposit.

Pros:
1) Front desk was kind.
2) I'm pretty sure he reserves certain rooms for families (explanation in cons)
Cons:
1) no AC in hallways. It was so so hot. The entire hallway stunk like cigarettes and weed. Because the whole hallway stunk, I'm glad our room didn't stink. That's why I'm pretty sure he keeps certain rooms for families
2) "breakfast" was just cereal, coffee, and muffins.
3) be aware of your surroundings. The people around there were sketchy.

If you want your stuff come up missing and your rooms tampered with then stay here. These people took advantage of me during my fema stay. I come back to my room switched #1 then my items coming up missing & now they all of sudden checked me out even though im supposed to sign a letter authorizing and confirming my check out. Then the front desk man who always there every night he helps in with the wrong doing with the housekeeping and he tries to brush you off by telling you come talk to the manager in the morning knowing damn well the manager dont be there every day! I hate i came to this location, its ghetto dirty & not even your belongings can stau there over night if youre not there. I do plan on going on the further extent with this matter because they clearly got away with this type behavior too long
