The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! If I could give them a -10 out of 10, I would.
Issues: Roaches, no room service and the second floor smelled like urine when I got off the elevator. Additionally pot was very present on the 2nd floor. I’m not sure about anywhere else. Breakfast was very lacking. Room service wasn’t provided from Monday till Wednesday. When I initially checked in the first room they gave me, that bed cover had stains on it. I took a picture and reported to the front desk. They moved me to another room which was better so I thought, till I started seeing roaches. All these findings took place on Monday. Room service became an issue Tuesday. After leaving my room and returning to my used towels that I would leave on the floor and filled trash cans. After going to the front desk multiple days and multiple times of day about stated issues, either Tuesday or Wednesday they had a guy come spray. They finally provided room service on Thursday after a staff member was called to the front desk. I checked out on Friday. I received a email stated the would look into the issues the next day after I reported to Corporate. Reported issues to the front desk. Nothing was done. Was told they had staffing issues. Requested to speak with hotel manager. Was told he was on vacation. Was told I couldn’t get my money back. A staff member wearing a Days Inn polo shirt and missing teeth decided to argued with me about why they didn’t do room service. He wouldn’t provide his name, but asked me why did I stay there? Very unprofessional. He apparently wasn’t told the complete situation so his justification was wrong as he was. A lot of work needs to be done to fix this place!!

Great location based on family I was visiting Horrible hotel! I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Paid for a King size bed, got a Queen. Only got 1 towel though we had 2 guests in our room. Pillows were decorative size and could only get 1 extra. Curtains were stained, floor was disgusting and mirror hadn't been cleaned in the bathroom based on a "message" left by the previous guest. Do not recommend

For the price I paid I have no complaints. Room was clean and everyone was super nice. Bobby was very helpful in helping me fix a wheel on my luggage. I consider that above and beyond service.

Terrible!! The worst!! If I could give a -10 out of 10, that would be my rating. They need to be removed from Wyndham and any other travel connection. They have serious housekeeping issues. Customer service is terrible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this. They have other issues that have been reported but they allow it to continue. You do not argue with a customer when they are telling you about issues. Was told I can’t get my money back so I elected to stay because of value. Definitely won’t stay again. I don’t recommend anyone to stay.

Horrible hotel! Health hazard! Unsafe! Rude! As soon as we got inside, it smelled musty. There seemed to be no a/c or ventilation in common areas & it was filthy.
The room we were assigned to had black mold on the curtains above the A/C unit. We requested for a refund, but they declined & assigned us a keycard to another room. When we opened the 2nd room, we were surprised to see that it was occupied! Again, we requested a refund but they only assigned us a 3rd room. When we went inside, the beds were soiled & stained, the bathtub was moldy and there was a live cockroach in the tub. We walked out of the hotel - no way will we be sleeping there!
