First off the receptionist on check in (December 31, 2025 4:30PM) was excellent and so was the person on check-out New Years morning. No problem there.
Rooms were clean and we had an amazing view outside looking towards the mall and at night you could see the New Years Eve fireworks for 30 miles. It was the most fireworks I have ever seen!
Location was excellent. There are a lot of hotels in the same location so any will do as far as that goes. Parking lot was mostly empty so we have an amazing spot as well.
PROBLEM: The one problem I encountered and always have which is why we stopped staying at hotels is the noise. For the same price I could easily have rented an AIRBNB house and had zero noise, better pillows, better beds, far larger space, more bathrooms, and a garage. Hotels just do not meet today's marketplace and haven't in probably 8 years. They are all outdated ideas for WAY too much money. Kids running up and down halls at 6AM people banging around and you hear every single conversation. I mean, who builds these places?
To me, for these hotels to be competitive with AIRBNB they need to be $50 out the door. $75 for a super nice suite.
I will not be staying in any more hotels unless it's required due to circumstances. This was a last minute trip and I didn't want to tie up a AIRBNB for a single night but next time I will.

I got a warm welcome and my room was ready with a comfy bed on arrival. The gym facility was excellent. The lobby and common areas looked fresh and tidy with adequate Internet connection available.
The hotel is located literally within the shopping area and therefore has a lot options for food and entertainment.
The only downside I experienced was a lack of complimentary water in the room.

My stay at the hotel itself was fine — the rooms were decent and service during the stay was acceptable. Unfortunately, the experience after checking out completely changed my impression of this hotel.
I accidentally left two brand new clothing items with the tags still on in the room: a pair of Steve Madden jeans and Fabletics leggings. I called the hotel the very next day to report the items and asked if housekeeping could check the room. The clothes were left under the sink next to the hair dryer — the same space where towels are stored — so this is not an area that could easily be overlooked while cleaning.
I called multiple times and spoke with several employees. Each time I was asked to leave my phone number and was told someone would follow up. No one ever did. I never received a call back, an update, or any attempt to resolve the issue.
At this point, I’m out two brand new items and extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. Losing items happens, but the complete absence of communication and effort from staff to even investigate the situation is unacceptable.
If management values customer service, this is something that needs to be addressed.

Actually earned the one star because the room was nice.instead of it being a freebie because it’s the default. I stayed here and paid almost double the price because they have a hot tub. Well it rained all evening, so not the hotels fault. What really ruined my stay was having to sit there all day with nothing to do, due to the horrible internet. I usually play games on my laptop at the cheaper places with no problem. But nope, super slow internet wouldn’t let it load up. Also at the cheaper hotels at almost twice the savings, they still manage to feed you some eggs and sausage, etc., in the morning. Not Courtyard!!! Double the price and if you want to leave and not be hungry, then you’ll have to pay for your breakfast here. So, nothing to do all day, and left hungry. Below are the internet speeds from Speedtest . Net …. Ain’t nobody playing games on 6Mbps. Horrible boring experience.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the location was ideal, but the room experience was awful. The air conditioner was comically loud when we turned it down for bed. It sounded like there we had a commercial generator running in our room, my ear plugs couldn't even drown out the noise. There was also a bright light that occasionally went off during the night, we still don't know what it was. To spend ~$175 for a single night and have that terrible experience that prevented us from getting sleep, I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed.
