This hotel is great. Next time I’m in Texas I’m definitely going back. So clean, spacious, convenient and quiet. We loved our stay. Any hours of the day, there was always someone there to help or to answer your questions. Amazing service 😊😉🥰

Worst experience doing business with this hotel, our event was on Saturday and there was no one to take care of anything they charged us for coffee break and never changed coffee or tea from 9am to 7pm, because staff takes off from 11am to to 4pm. When we complained about that on Monday they conveniently said ok don't pay for coffee. it was very embarrassing situation for us .We will never book or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have not stayed here, but I come here on Sundays to sing with Rebirth Church Katy in the banquet room. BEAUTIFUL hotel! However, each of the times I’ve been here, the bathroom toilets in the lobby area had a hard time flushing (low pressure). That’s the reason why they received 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here.

The smell of SHIT & STEAM last for hours because the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work - UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
If you are a Marriott person this Courtyard is not up to normal standards. Unprofessional lady at check in
My rooms phone did not work
Tv is ridiculous for plugging in a device
No new toilet paper or Kleenex and clock set to wrong time. Microwave has timer set from previous guest. No footstool for chair. Wasted my points and my money.

The hotel has a planned water outage for maintenance today during our stay. I asked for a gallon of water to wash my toddler's hands and face before we attend a funeral this afternoon. No water available and no help offered. I pushed and was told she would give me some bottled water from the 'emergency store'. It's totally unacceptable for the hotel to plan a 5+ hour water outage 'with a full hotel' and not plan bottles for housekeeping (front desk told me she doesn't know how she'll get the rooms cleaned) or for guests to do even the bare minimum ie hand washing after using the bathroom.
