Great experience at this hotel. Geoff at the front desk delivered five star and incredibly friendly service. I had to check out of another chain due to multiple issues. I am going to try Mariott again for my next trip based on Geoff's prompt and efficient service!

Been staying at this location at least twice a week for about 8mths now. Got my truck broken into, sometime last night or early morning. Good thing I know, better to make sure I remove all of my valuables anywhere I go. Still doesn’t change the fact that I’m out 265$ for the window replacement and 75$ for the tint.
All that I’m offered is 15000 points for my inconvenience ( as they say ) at their establishment. So honestly that really is upsetting!
I have never had any issues with management or any of the staff. They are really great people, but the break in’s at that hotel is extremely overwhelming. That definitely puts a negative stain on their reputation.
I must say it’s really sad that no security is being put in place. So that their guest’s can have a peace of mind, when staying at their Hotel.

While my overall experience wasn't dreadful, there were several issues that really disappointed me. The room is humid and noticeably outdated for the price, and the pillows are too thin to offer any genuine comfort. Additionally, the ceiling shows noticeable signs of water damage, and the shower head is clearly in need of replacement. With a stronger focus on maintenance and updates, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

I have stayed her over 20+ times. The staff is always friendly: Jeff, Mr. Charles is always smiling and supportive of any concerns that you may encounter.
My favorite place to eat in the area is their bistro lol Mr. Melvin makes the best wings and salad of your choice.
My rooms are always cleaned and there’s no issue when you need extra towels.
I would give 5 additional stars and looking forward to my next stay!

Reduced to Nothing but a Dollar Figure
I’ve been at Courtyard Houston I-10 West/Park Row for over two weeks now, extending my stay every few days — and throughout it all, I’ve never felt so reduced to a dollar figure as a guest. Or as a person.
I work a nearly opposite 12-hour time zone and sleep during the day. Despite using the Do Not Disturb sign and having Ambassador status, staff knock on my door like clockwork on every checkout day — ignoring all signs, disregarding all context.
But what happened on April 24th was the breaking point. Half-asleep, disoriented, I opened the door of my second-floor room to the manager herself, who had come not to assist, but to kick me out. I literally handed her my credit card at the door and pleaded, “Please, I just need to go back to sleep.” Her answer? Cold policy. “Nothing we can do without a card in hand.” No grace. No flexibility. No basic decency.
This is Houston, Texas — a place that prides itself on southern hospitality. Yet here, unless your money is already on the table, your rest, dignity, and humanity mean nothing.
Over 16 nights paid. No consideration. No courtesy. Just pressure to pay or pack.
Absolutely shameful.
