The good: the accessible room is spacious and the shower is perfect. Chair provided and shower head that is adjustable vertically and it detaches as well.
The not so good: the elevator wasn’t working at check in, but they changed our rooms to the first floor. There was someone working on what appeared to be an electrical panel, but he did not look like a licensed electrician. :/ There is a water issue, so the water pressure in the sink is loooow and there is no working washing machine for guests.
Overall, it’s mid at best.

Great clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good but they dont allow eating in the rooms. The elevator is out at the moment , but was told it should be up and running soon. It is very quiet, at least I didn't hear anybody. I definitely will be coming back soon.

Had a wonderful experience while we’re on Houston. Place and service, both were exceptionally good, especially for the amount paid. Ms. Nabina, such a sweet girl, really helped with all the things and made sure we have a wonderful stay. Love it!! I definitely recommend this place for everyone coming to Houston for any purpose.

If you’re visiting Houston and looking for a place to stay, this is a great choice. The hotel offers affordable prices and clean rooms. All the staff members is so nice and polite and especially the girl named Nabina is kind and provides excellent customer service.
